From One Believer To Another

From One Believer To Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

The person that’s confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, according to the [Scriptures] mind you, has absolutely nothing to fear. Jesus died on a cross for the sin of the world, and He’s now working on their behalf.

Not Everything Looks Good on the Radio

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

For a period of two weeks, on the local “Christian” radio station, I intentionally listened for the different ways pastors, teachers, talk show hosts and their guests referred to the [Bible].  Here are two of the many saying the same.  There’ll be a third in just a bit.  As you’ll see it’s different… but just as true.

“This is not a history book.  It’s not a science book.  This is the revelation of God.”

 “It’s God’s word.  It’s true.”

After hearing things like this on the radio, a person would have no choice but to believe the speaker thinks highly of the [Bible].  The [Bible] or bust so to speak.  The problem with that is the names attached to these messages heard on the radio are not found in the [Bible].  Not knowing any better, a person could very easily be tricked into believing something that’s just not true.  A falsehood if you will.

Some of these names have a direct link to modern day “Christian” churches, the name by which they’re called.  Others the direct result of some “memorable” quote or deed done by them were recognized as the “church fathers”.  The most recent ones are attached to their own pieces of work, Study Bibles, Commentary on the Bible, “Christian” Schools, and whatever else bears their name.

My friends, I’m not surprised by this at all. The names haven’t changed, the list just keeps getting longer.  I’ve heard it all before.  Claiming the [Bible] for exactly what it is, the word of God, only to teach what others believe it's saying.  Simply put if the [modern] day teacher agrees with it, it’s good to go.  I believe you get the picture, how dangerous it is to assume everyone calling him or herself a teacher of the [Bible], teaches [Biblical] truths.
  • The person believing the [Bible] is the inspired word of God has no business accepting things said about the [Biblical] Yeshua, without first comparing them to His teachings.

Those on the radio believe a person “cannot be saved” unless they believe “the Son is God”.  You may not hear it said that way by them, but they’re forced to teach just that.  I’ll cut to the chase: the Anthanasian Creed is a false doctrine.  There’s no [Biblical] evidence of there ever being “the Son is God”.

If the [Biblical] Yeshua is the only way to the Father, and He most certainly is (John 14:6), wouldn’t God’s increase be linked to that Yeshua; along with that which agrees?  Of course it would.  If it agrees with the [Biblical] Yeshua’s teachings, it’ll [be] good to go.  God’s increase [is] linked to everything the [Biblical] Yeshua, as given to Him by God, said and did.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And them I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV)

I ask you, those prophesying, casting out demons, and doing many wonders in Yeshua’s name, would they have been called “Christians”?  Before them hearing “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” of course.

Oh!  That one more thing I heard on the radio, referring to the [Bible]:

“It’s the bestselling book of all time.”

“Doesn’t mean it’s the most read book of all time” was my first thought after hearing this.

God bless.

In His Care…Jim
