From One Believer To Another

From One Believer To Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

The person that’s confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, according to the [Scriptures] mind you, has absolutely nothing to fear. Jesus died on a cross for the sin of the world, and He’s now working on their behalf.

The Simplicity of it All

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3 (NKJV)

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not Yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

Why the [Biblical] Yeshua is calling [the only true God] My God” His God in John 20:17 isn’t a mystery.  Obviously He sent “her” Mary Magdalene to His brethren, to tell them Yeshua’s God and Father and their God and Father is one and, the same.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Matthew 28:18 (NKJV)

Is there any doubt as to who gave Yeshua “All authority has been given to Me”?  Wouldn’t it have to be the all-knowing God of the [Bible]?  Of course it would.  Don’t miss what Yeshua is saying here in Matthew 28:18.  He’s saying [this] authority wasn’t His to begin with.

I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.” John 5:30 (NKJV)

Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.” John 7:16 (NKJV)

He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.” John 14:24 (NKJV)

After reading John 5:30, 7:16 and 14:24, any doubts as to [who] the all-knowing God of the [Bible] is?  Wouldn’t it have to be the one that sent Yeshua, Yeshua’s God and, Father?  Of course it would.

Then Pilate said to Him, “Are You not speaking to me? Do You not know that I have power to crucify You, and power to release You?” Jesus answered, “You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin.” John 19:10-11 (NKJV)

Any doubt as to who [this] “from above” is referring to in John 19:11.  Wouldn’t it have to be the all-knowing God of the [Bible], Yeshua’s God and, Father?  The only true God?  Of course it would.

But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Mark 13:32

Any doubts as to who’s the only one knowing “that day and hour” mentioned in Mark 13:32?  Wouldn’t it have to be the all-knowing God of the [Bible], Yeshua’s God and, Father?  Of course it would.

While listening to the local “Christian radio station I heard, “God had to be a man so he could be taught.  What did God need to be taught?  God needed to be taught obedience.”  I don’t know if this individual is a pastor or not, I do know he’s a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

He was given about five minutes of the air time, of a thirty minute program.  His [brief] message was taken from, I’m sure, and a lengthier message he gave some time ago (pre-recorded).  When he said “God needed to be taught obedience,” as only one believing “the Son is God” would do, he linked it to “Jesus”.

Are you not having a problem with “God needed to be taught obedience”?  I still can’t believe someone actually planned to say such a thing.

This particular individual linked the [Biblical] Yeshua to the Anthanasian Creeds, unless a person “faithfully” believes “the Son is God” they “cannot be saved”.  This method of salvation surfaced in 325-AD which keeps it from having anything to do with the teachings of the [Biblical] Yeshua.  Obviously the mere mentioning of Yeshua’s name doesn’t make everything linked to it, [Biblically] sound.  Have you tried linking the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” to either John 5:30, 7:16, 14:24, 17:3, 19:10-11, 20:17, Matthew 28:18 or Mark 13:32?

Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.” John 8:28 (NKJV)

Those believing “the Son is God,” when the [Biblical] Yeshua called the all-knowing God of the [Bible] “My God” His God, He’s teaching you [exactly] what His Father who just so happens to be God, taught Him to say.  When [you] say the Anthanasian Creeds method of salvation is the only way, who are you saying taught you to say this?

Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.” Matthew 5:17-18 (NKJV)

The [Biblical] Yeshua “Jesus” came to fulfill [Scripture], not rewrite them my friends.

God bless.
In His Care… Jim
