Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2
Corinthians 1:3, Ephesians 1:3, Apostle Saul (who is also called Paul), and
Peter, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” in 1 Peter 1:3.
- Blessed be the God of Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob (Israel). He is the God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ
(Messiah Yeshua).
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua, greetings,
I use the New King James Version of the [Bible]
(NKJV). Genesis 1:1 is the beginning [Alpha] [first] verse of [Scripture] in my
[Bible]. The last [Omega] [end] verse, Revelation 22:21.
There appears to be a number of people believing
the words “Alpha” and “Omega” can only be speaking of the God of the Hebrew
speaking Nation (Israel). Unfortunately those same people believe Yeshua is the
God of the Hebrew speaking Nation. Athanasius’ idea (in 325-AD) of the Son of
God being “the Son is God,” God, being the source of that falsehood. Unlike
Athanasius’ idea, the words “Alpha” and “Omega” will be found in the [Bible].
There’s plenty of evidence supporting Yeshua’s purpose
for calling Himself the “Alpha” and the “Omega” in the [Bible]. Since there’s
no [Biblical] evidence of Yeshua being “God” to [begin] with, they’ll be no
reason to believe He’s saying otherwise. The birth place of all falsehoods,
outside the [Scriptures], is where stuff like that is conjured up; and that
being after the fact. As a matter of fact, in the [Scriptures] its Messiah
Yeshua Himself making it crystal clear that God, the God of Hebrew speaking
Nation (Israel), is His God.
“Alpha” is the first [beginning] letter of the
Greek Alphabet. Unless the Greek people come up with a new alphabet, we can
continue to count on it being so. I can say the same for any known alphabet, [A]
in English, [Aleph] in Hebrew just to name a few. The same would be true for
the [end] last letter of the Greek alphabet, “Omega”. It wouldn’t matter what language
a person writes in, it would be very easy for me to get that point across to
them.
Here in the United States the
words “Alpha” and “Omega” will also be seen on college campuses as a means of
identifying students as having the same interest. It could be the same for
students attending a college in the country you live in. On the campus’ here the
words “Alpha” and “Omega” will be attached to doors, printed on hats and
t-shirts worn by students, flying high on a flag pole, you name it. Wanting to
identify oneself to a specific group isn’t a bad thing. What that group is all
about, that’s a different story.
The [Greek] influence is
certainly prevalent in our educational system today, but it will never
overrule, or be a substitute for, the simplicity of Yeshua’s teachings found in
the [Scriptures]. As some of you know I’m half Greek (from my mother’s side).
Therefore, I’m not speaking out against Greek people in any way, shape, or
form, here. It’s a well-known fact that Greek systems, government, philosophy,
and even their culture, played a huge role in shaping the world as we know it
today.
There are two things that
remain a constant in this world, man will continue to fail, and the word of God
endures forever. In the case of Yeshua being the God of the Hebrew speaking
Nation (Israel), and this because there’s no [Biblical] evidence of it being so,
it will fail.
Here are a few reasons for
Yeshua being called the “Alpha” and “Omega” in the [Scriptures].
- “These things says the Amen,
the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:” Messiah Yeshua, Revelation
3:7a.
Those believing Yeshua is
God are going to spin Revelation 3:7a in every which way but loose. That’s all
they know how to do when confronted with the possibility of being wrong. The
fact is, it’s Yeshua that’s calling Himself “the Beginning of the creation of
God”. Everything God chose to do following that was by, and through, “the Beginning
of the creation of God” Yeshua. Just as it’s impossible for God to lie, it’s
impossible for the words Yeshua spoke to contradict God. The word Yeshua spoke
is God. Not Yeshua, but the word He spoke (John 14:24, NKJV).
- “and from Jesus Christ, the
faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of
the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
and has made us kings and priest to His God and Father, to Him be glory and
dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Apostle John, Revelation 1:5-6
Yeshua is the firstborn [“Alpha”] from the
dead. The Apostle John continued on to also establish Yeshua as the one that “made
us kings and priests”. Those of us found to be in Messiah (which would
certainly include John) were made kings and priests to “His God” Yeshua’s God,
and Father. My experiences with those believing Yeshua is God concerning John’s
use of the words “His God” in Revelation 1:6, “Is it going to rain today?”
they’ll totally ignore them and change the subject.
If you do believe Yeshua is
God, do you think you’d be doing so today if John’s use of the words “His God” in
his writings was the “Alpha” beginning of the process of making Yeshua “God” in
325-AD? That’s a rhetorical question by the way. The answer is “NO!” Whether
you choose to believe it or not is between you, and God.
- “For I say to you that this
which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with
the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.” Messiah Yeshua, Luke 22:37
- For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to
everyone who believes. Romans 10:4
Yeshua is the end [“Omega”] of the law for those
who believe.
Here’s another reason Yeshua can’t be the God of
the Hebrew speaking Nation (Israel). Unlike Athanasius’ idea, the [Scriptures]
you’ve read so far, and the one you’re about to read, are in the [BIBLE].
- Now when all things are
made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him (God) who
put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. 1 Corinthians 15:28
Yeshua will be the “Omega”
last one to be subject to God. We, those of us found to be in Messiah Yeshua,
and, Yeshua, are going to be subject to God. Yeshua, and this according to the
[Scriptures], will take His place as King of kings and Lord of lords. God will
be “all in all”.
The word “Alpha” is no more, no less than, the
first letter of the Greek alphabet. The word “Alpha” can obviously be used to
represent things being [first], and, having a [beginning]. The same can be said
for “Omega,” the last letter of the Greek alphabet, having an [end], or, being
[last].
God bless.
Peace to you all who are [in] Messiah Yeshua. “You are
Christ’s, and Christ is God’s.” Apostle Saul (who is also called Paul), 1
Corinthians 3:23 (NKJV)
