From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Obey God

How do you relate to the doctrines of men today? Do you build on them without fear that they contradict Scripture? Are you concerned about being labeled a heretic for not accepting them at all? It’s better to obey God, than man. God bless. In His Care… Jim

In The Scriptures Alone

If your intention is to get people to believe something Jesus actually said, then you shouldn’t rely on things that have been made up about Him. Here is the truth. Jesus is risen and now sits at the right hand of God, Jesus’s God, and Father. If what you’re saying about Jesus is the truth, as laid out for us in the Scriptures, then everything you are saying about Him will lead to one of two things. It’ll either lead to the events leading up to and including Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection, or to His second coming, as laid out for us in the Scriptures. I can’t stress enough the significance of tellig others the truth about Jesus. Know that the truth is clearly laid out for us in the Scriptures alone. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) There’s no room to fit anything in the Bible that suggests Jesus is God. Unless of course you should choose to not take Jesus seriously in John 20:17, but even then, eventually, you’ll have to face the fact that He ascended to His God and Father.

A Difference Maker?

I heard that the difference between Christianity and all other religions is a “Trinitarian God.” If you believe Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6 NKJV), then don’t take their theory of a “Trinitarian God” seriously. The speaker would have been better off saying those believing in a “Trinitarian God,” are a religion unto themselves. We know that Jesus ascended to His God and Father (John 20:17). The fact that they singled out a “Trinitarian God” as being a difference maker, shows their theory has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus. Taking it one step further, it has nothing to do with the all-knowing God of the Bible, who is Jesus’s God, and Father. God bless. In His Care… Jim

A Time Of Ignorance

In John 12:49—50 (NKJV) Jesus said, “For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.” This is not something we can miss folks. We’re living in a time of ignorance, some are blind to biblical views, and it shouldn’t be that way. If Jesus said it, it is the truth, whether you believe it or not. God bless. In His Care… Jim

And To My God

I heard it’s not being done right if it’s not by the word of God. I like it. Should those who believe “the Son is God” today even be heard saying such a thing? Biblically speaking, other than avoiding it altogether nothing about “the Son is God” is right. If I were to live the rest of my days here on earth without ever mentioning the Anthanasian Creed again, I’d know that my salvation would be secure in Christ Jesus. The word of God endures forever. There is nothing anyone can do without Jesus and that is what it means to be found right by the word of God. Jesus exposed “the Son is God” as not speaking of Himself when He said “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17 (NKJV). Unless one can prove that it wasn’t the right thing for Jesus to say “and to My God,” I’d stay clear of the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God.” God bless. In His Care… Jim

It's Time To Silence The Conversation

It’s typical for false teachers to believe they’re saying something truthful about Jesus when they’re not. For anything to be taught as believable today, especially about Jesus, one should first be absolutely sure it’s true. There are no exceptions as to how we’re to treat the Bible. It’s to be left well enough alone as is. The battle here folks is between known biblical truths and a specific falsehood being taught as true today. I can only imagine today the number of Pastors, Priests, Teachers, and those choosing to believe them, saying “the Son is God” is believable. Don’t get me wrong here. Every single one of them could very well be saved according to the Scriptures. “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 (NKJV) Romans 15:6 (NKJV) states: “That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” When Paul speaks of “the Lord Jesus” in Romans 10:9, he knows “The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,” his God and Father and Jesus’s God and Father are the same. Therefore, knowing that the one confessing with their mouth “the Lord Jesus” and believes “in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead” is saved, wouldn’t you say it’s time to silence the conversation of “the Son is God”? Let us always remember that not long after “God has raised” Jesus “from the dead,” Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” (John 20:17 NKJV). God bless. Biblical Views Matter

Throughout the day, we have to make choices about things that conflict with the Bible and those that don’t. There are only two views to be had here folks. It’s either a biblical or a worldly view. That’s it! Biblically speaking the one that loves Jesus’s teachings, will love their neighbor the same way they know that Jesus loves them. They’ll avoid giving folks reason to believe anything contrary to Jesus’s teachings, while at the same time showing them the significance of abiding in those teachings. Jesus is the answer to everything today. Let us remember that biblical views matter. There’s a right and a wrong way to handle everything. That’s how you will be found on the right side of Jesus’s teachings. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Do you believe what the Bible says about Jesus? Do you believe what Jesus said about Himself? Now, do you believe everything that’s being said about Jesus today? Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) I believe that Jesus’s God and Father and my God and Father are the same, because the Bible says it is. Saving Faith

The Bible is nothing less than the inspired word of God. I’ve heard different views on what the Bible says, but its purpose remains the same. It makes known that God’s love and salvation are available to us all. Saving faith is trusting in Christ Jesus alone. Follow Jesus. The biblical account of who He is remains trustworthy as is. Jesus is the Son of God. “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.” 1 John 4:15 (NKJV) God bless. In His Care… Jim

These two people, both confessing/believing that Jesus is the Son of God. Scripturally speaking born again believers in Christ Jesus. Would either one of them be able to say that the other is not saved according to the Scriptures?

No Mystery Here Folks

Why would anyone expect the Bible to confound the truth? Would you say to the one confessing/believing that Jesus is the Son of God, saved according to the Scriptures, unless one believes “the Son is God” they “cannot be saved”? Here’s the problem. Those saying such a thing, and they’re totally unaware of it, are the one’s confounding the truth. What is there to gain by saying to the one that’s saved according to the Scriptures, unless they believe “the Son is God” they “cannot be saved”? As one who’s not ashamed to tell others about Jesus, I’d say the Anthanasian Creed’s false method of salvation is the most damaging piece of work ever written. The “Trinity” is often spoken of as a mystery. The Anthanasian Creed and the doctrine of the “Trinity” go hand in hand. There is no mystery here folks, the Anthanasian Creed shouldn’t have made its way into this century. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Not Something You Want To Do

What would you be looking for in a local church? How about faith that the preacher would teach the Bible properly? Would that faith be something you’d be looking to discover on your own, or would you just take someone else’s word for it for the sake of time? I ask because there’s a lot of falsehoods being taught as true around the world these days. For example, I heard “the church was bought and paid for by the blood of God the Son.” My first thought after hearing “the blood of God the Son” was that it’s not biblical. The one who actually shed His blood on the cross, the Son of God, Christ Jesus, has ascended to His God and Father (John 20:17). The Anthanasian Creed states: unless one believes “the Son is God” they “cannot be saved.” Therefore, teaching “the Son is God” and “the blood of God the Son” as believable, is not something you want to do and should be avoided altogether. It’s the biblically correct thing to do. Jesus’s second coming is nearer to us today than it was yesterday, so don’t look to anyone or anything else, but Jesus. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Think before you offer opinions as to who Jesus is, knowing you’ll be held accountable for them.

Can't Make It Any Clearer

Has Jesus made a lasting impression on your life? I pray God that He has. If so, are you careful telling others about Him? That Jesus ascended to His God and Father is not a mystery, yet some say He is God. They’re not in line with Jesus’s teachings. Folks pick and choose from what they hear and make their own opinions as to who Jesus is. As believers in Christ Jesus, the Bible warns us of doing such a thing. When it comes to Jesus and what we’re to believe, the Bible can’t make it any clearer. Believe in Jesus as laid out for us in the Scriptures. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Our Daily Walk With Jesus

If an idea is uninspired, yet considered helpful, don’t make it out to be more than what it is. We’re to be careful as to what ideas we apply to our lives, because what may seem helpful for some, could cause us to make decisions contrary to Scripture. We’re all free to say or believe whatever we like. The hope of there being a perfect way, is misplaced without Jesus. In our daily walk as believers in Christ Jesus, we need to stay in line with His teachings. God bless. In His Care… Jim

To Be Taught Correctly

Today there are a number of Bible Colleges, Seminaries, Churches, and homes, where you’ll find readers of the Bible. Today, I would say folks have put their hope in those they believe teach the Bible correctly. What would it take for the world to know that Jesus actually ascended to His God and Father? It should only take for the Bible to be taught correctly. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Faith In Christ Jesus Alone

I know all I need to know about the Anthanasian Creed. Other than on this blog, I have no desire to even mention it. Since the beginning of this blog, to the best of my recollection, I have heard or read something new to me about it on three separate occasions. The Anthanasian Creed itself is enough for me to prove that it never should have made its way into this century. Although I don’t initiate conversations about the Anthanasian Creed outside this blog, it doesn’t keep me from speaking to it when someone else does. With me, it’s the gospel of Jesus Christ or bust. Faith in Christ Jesus, as laid out for us in the Bible alone, secures one’s salvation. Just to remind everyone here the Anthanasian Creed states: unless one believes “the Son is God” they “cannot be saved.” If you believe “the Son is God,” your trust is in your own understanding. Just as you can’t blame the Bible for getting Jesus wrong, you can’t blame false teachers for believing falsehoods being taught by them as true. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Why should anyone teach Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father as true? How about, for their own sake or for a biblical view of who Jesus is, which can only work for the good of civilization.

It's In The Bible

The Bible doesn’t actually say “the Son is God.” Go to the Scriptures and find this out for yourselves. Have your mind set on looking into the Bible alone to see if it actually says “the Son is God.” Avoid man’s understanding of Scripture. Teaching “the Son is God” as believable will always be a weak spot. Those lifting up the Anthanasian Creed are willing to believe that it states Jesus is the “second person” of a “Trinity.” Thus, they make known their belief and say/teach this as believable, wrongly I might add. Biblically speaking they’re actually speaking against Jesus’s teachings. Did not Jesus say “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17 (NKJV)? Of course He did. Let’s all remember, it’s in the Bible. God bless. In His Care… Jim

If It's To Be Believable

If the doctrine of the “Trinity” is to be believable, then Jesus shouldn’t have “said to her,” Mary Magdalene, “go to My brethren and say to them, I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17 (NKJV). God bless. In His Care… Jim

If I were to hear a sermon that focuses on Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father as laid out for us in the Scriptures, it would be something God wants me to hear along with everyone else within hearing distance. Most Helpful

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) The Bible proves that there was a time, when Jesus knew, He would ascend to His God and Father. John 20:17, is most helpful here. The Bible also proves, in another situation, Jesus doesn’t know that day and hour. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father,” Mark 13:32 (NKJV), is most helpful here. Interested in finding something out about Jesus, the Bible is most helpful. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Bible, As It Will Always Be

The Bible, as it will always be, is a story of redemption. It isn’t leading anyone to believe falsehoods. The fact of the matter is, the Anthanasian Creed itself is a problem. It never should have made its way into this century. At issues is the tale of the Anthanasian Creed since its inception, the tale of its followers teaching and perpetuating it. I remember well, being terrified of speaking against the Anthanasian Creed’s false method of salvation. By the grace of God, for some time now, that’s not the case anymore. Since that time, I have come to see the tale of the Anthanasian Creed for what it really is. It prepares folks to tolerate known biblical falsehoods. It is not the source, because that dubious distinction belongs to the Anthanasian Creed alone which declares: unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved.” For example, those teaching “the Son is God” as believable today, whatever they have to say about it, supersedes everything Jesus accomplished in the first century. “The Son is God” only came to exist with the Anthanasian Creed, not because there is Biblical support for it. The tale of the Anthanasian Creed, is where its followers spend the majority of their time defending it. Thus, its followers tolerate the teaching of “the Son is God,” and not the very thing proving it to be false. I’m not talking about gaining membership of a local church here folks, believing what they believe. I’m talking about one’s salvation. What one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. If you believe “the Son is God,” it is not too late to face the truth that Jesus is the Son of God. The Bible, as it will always be, is a story of redemption. God bless. In His Care… Jim

If It's Biblical, Be Encouraged

No one should say there is actual evidence of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible, because in fact, there isn’t any. Let’s look at the Biblical evidence concerning the matter. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” If it’s biblical, and Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father most certainly is, be encouraged by it. The Trinity In Action?

And John bore witness, saying, “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him.” John 1:32 (NKJV) I heard a speaker say that in John 1:32, John the Baptist “Saw the trinity in action, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” Every time a verse of Scripture is singled out as showing “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same, John 20:17 brings that false claim to a screeching halt - “I am ascending to My Father,” “and to My God.” If it’s about the doctrine of the “Trinity” folks, it has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus. Please trust the Biblical account of what John saw that day, which is available for all to read in the Bible. God bless. In His Care… Jim

In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” If that’s any indication that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, then it’s time to put the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” to rest.

Thank God For That

If you consider one’s preaching as having authority, would you think everything they’re saying is true? I ask because there’s a lot preaching going on these days, in a multitude of venues, and there’s every biblical reason to believe it’s not all true. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” From a Biblical perspective John 20:17 is clear. Jesus ascended to His God and Father. I hope that you can say when the Bible speaks of Jesus’s ascension, it is with authority. Christ Jesus is risen, and He has ascended to His God and Father. I say, thank God for that. God bless. It's Absolutely Believable

Do you believe that “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same? Academically speaking it should only be taught as hypothetical. Biblically speaking you can be sure of John 20:17 (NKJV) where Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” What would you want others to know about Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father? It’s well documented and available for all to read in the Bible, and it’s absolutely believable. If you’re teaching “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same, you should know its support system is hypothetical. Jesus ascended to His God and Father (John 20:17), and it is biblically impossible to prove otherwise. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Who Shall Perish Everlastingly?

What you’re about to read has absolutely nothing to do with the Biblical account of who Jesus is but rather, a particular falsehood that’s being taught as true today. The Anthanasian Creed states: “Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, (Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.” It goes on to state unless one believes everything recorded within that creed, which certainly includes “the Son is God,” they “cannot be saved.” Consider who this implies “shall perish everlastingly” for not believing “the Son is God.” Keep in mind that this particular false method of salvation dates back to, AD 325. Do we disregard the salvation of born-again believers in Christ Jesus, who actually walked and talked with Jesus? I’m not talking about those of us having access to the Bible today but rather the apostles John, Peter and Paul just to name a few. Seriously, does their salvation hinge on them believing in something that appeared centuries later? There’s no margin for error here folks, because nothing could have been made any clearer for us. According to the there is no salvation, outside believing “the Son is God.” The closing sentence of that creed reads as followed: “This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.” The followers of the Anthanasian Creed would have you believing that there is actual biblical evidence of “the Son is God” and Jesus being the same. There is not, but if there was, that would mean everything recorded in the Bible is meaningless. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Not That Jesus?

Is this Jesus you’re talking about the same Jesus, after His death burial and resurrection, that ascended to His God and Father? I ask because one would have to bypass John 20:17, or not be aware of it all, to say He’s “Not that Jesus.” God Bless. In His Care… Jim

Would Your Input Be Biblical?

Imagine connecting with a group of people who seek the truth about Jesus and you’re discussing the doctrine of the “Trinity.” Would your input be Biblical? If you understood that the Bible was clear about Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father (John 20:17), as I do, you’d know “the Son is God” only came to exist with the Anthanasian Creed. There is not Biblical support for it. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Hence The Expression

In AD 325 the Anthanasian Creed encountered opposition. The Anthanasian Creed is a belief on a trinitarian doctrine, hence the expression “the Son is God.” Today, its followers are actually being falsely led to believe that “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same. If you’re not careful, you could be found on the wrong side of Jesus’s teachings concerning the matter. The Bible is trustworthy as is. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” After reading what Jesus said in John 20:17, I find it refreshing to say that Jesus’s God and Father and my God and Father are the same. It’s Biblical. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Consider where absolute truths concerning Jesus’s accomplishments in the first century are found. Wouldn’t that be as they are laid out for us in the Bible? Of course they would. You can’t have it both ways. You can’t say the Bible is trustworthy as is, and then allow for man’s understanding of Scripture to take precedence. It would be heretical doctrine if salvation hinges on the works of those not mentioned in the Bible.

A Call To Follow Jesus

Biblically speaking the words “Follow Me” is a call to follow Jesus. Consider for a moment what one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. How much of what’s being said about the risen Christ Jesus today is gospel? Don’t be fooled by the many falsehoods being taught as true these days, because the only thing that will pass the test of time is what the Bible says about Jesus. The real gospel is that the risen Christ Jesus did in fact ascend to His God and Father. The Anthanasian Creed states: unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved.” Make no mistake, this particular falsehood is man-made. Therefore, the Son of God, Jesus, and the risen Christ Jesus are the same. It is time to put the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” to rest. God bless. In His Care… Jim

How Then Can One believe?

Biblically speaking, Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father is meaningful. Consider the ramifications of having no recorded evidence of Jesus’s ascension. It would open the door for someone to make assumptions about Jesus’s fate. Since there is recorded evidence of Jesus actually saying, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” (John 20:17 NKJV), how then can one believe that “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same? "The Son is God" is Man-Made

It’s natural for followers of the Anthanasian Creed to say “the Son is God.” However, they should avoid offering their opinion concerning the matter, because it is man-made. We can clearly see that “the Son is God” is man-made because it takes man’s understanding of the Scriptures to construct it. There’s no actual evidence of Jesus claiming God in the Bible, leaving every reason to believe “the Son is God” is man-made. If you are curious about “the Son is God,” here’s something you should know about Jesus. He ascended to His God and Father. Therefore, “the Son is God” and Jesus cannot be the same. God bless. With That Said

I often hear about the time spent on preparing sermons. In some cases, due to unexpected circumstances, none at all. For the most part, however, I’ve come to learn that time has been set aside during the week to piece the sermon together. Drawing from things learned at Seminary, is often used to establish the credibility of the preparer. There are a number of pastors and teachers today with over 40 plus years of experience to draw from. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” With that said, how long did it take for you to see that Jesus was about to ascend to His God and Father? God bless. In His Care… Jim

Blessed be the Holy One of Israel, “the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob” (Exodus 3:15), “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 4:17).

I heard that “Jesus is either a liar, lunatic, or He’s Lord.” Jesus is Lord! When two or more are gathered together in Jesus’s name, they can rightfully say, “our Lord Jesus Christ.” “That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)

Jesus Claiming To Be God In The Bible?

How can anyone not see that Jesus is speaking of ascending to His God and Father in John 20:17? Other than Satan who does not want anyone seeing it at all, I would say it is because of one of two things. For one, some folks just do not have time for Jesus in their life today. I pray God that they find it soon. Second, they are just not willing to change, believing they have been preaching the word of God all along. For example, those believing “the Son is God,” believe “someone” has actually found evidence of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible. Here’s the problem with that, in John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” As you can see, we can directly link the ascension of Jesus to His God and Father, to something Jesus actually said in the Bible. Who then, is the source of this so-called “evidence” of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible? We can eliminate Jesus as the source because it contradicts Jesus’s teachings. God bless. Get The Truth You Need

Do supporters of the Anthanasian Creed really want the truth? Try revealing the truth to them, and see where their loyalty lies. It is an undeniable fact, that Jesus ascended to His God and Father. The Bible is clear concerning the repercussions of teaching falsehoods as true. As one who is not ashamed to tell others about Jesus, proving that “the Son is God” is meaningless ideology will not be a problem. Get the truth you need, concerning the matter, in John 20:17. I use the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible. God bless. In His Care… Jim

What Part Of Grace?

Is the doctrine you learned meant to last? Would you call the things Jesus said in the Bible genuine? If the Bible shows something cannot be true, would you teach it as a heretical doctrine? We have to take scriptures seriously. We cannot choose which scriptures to believe and which to ignore. Man can add whatever they like to any falsehood that is being taught as true today. When they add Jesus’s name to them though, as if the Bible supports it, they will be proven false with scriptures. In John 20:17 (NKJV), Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Here is an honest question that deserves an honest answer. After reading what Jesus said in John 20:17, would you say Jesus’s God and Father and your God and Father are the same? Yes, I would definitely say they are. What part of grace, allows for not taking Jesus seriously? God bless. In His Care… Jim

Believe In Christ Jesus

Jesus ascended to His God and Father. We know that’s true, or did someone prove it to be false in AD 325? Back then, unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved” was first introduced to the world. It’s found in what’s known to us today as, the Anthanasian Creed. Its purpose, however, is to show that “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same. Biblically speaking this is false, something made-up after the fact. Actually, it eradicates the biblical account of Jesus’s, virgin birth, death, burial, and resurrection. There is a constancy to what one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. Believe in Christ Jesus, as laid out for us in the Scriptures. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Infallibility Of The Bible

There’s only one way to prove the infallibility of the Bible, and it is not by using man’s understanding of who Jesus is. One can be right about something they’re saying about Jesus, only to complete the phrase by saying something wrong about Jesus. For example, one could say “Jesus is the Son of God,” and then follow it with “the second person of the Trinity.” Some would say they see no problem with that, but biblically speaking they’d be wrong. The Bible tells us Jesus is the Son of God, while the basis of “the Son is God” can only be found in man’s understanding of the Scriptures. The only way to prove the infallibility of the Bible, is by using Scripture alone. Jesus ascended to His God and Father, and its biblically impossible to prove otherwise. I guess that would actually depend on how infallible one see’s the Bible. I certainly see it as infallible; Jesus having ascended to His God and Father that is. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Bible Tells Us So

The problem with false teachers is that they think they are right. You won’t find those teaching “the Son is God” as true today, claiming to be false teachers. They will, however, admit to there being no actual evidence of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible. The fact that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, something that has been clearly laid out for us in the Scriptures, proves that Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible is man-made. The one teaching “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same today, only has something false to fall back on. There’s every reason to believe that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, because the Bible tells us so. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” God bless. In His Care… Jim

Where Does The Evidence Lead?

The Anthanasian Creed states: “Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, (Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.” “So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God.” “This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.” I, James Masterson, firmly believe, and faithfully confess that my Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus, is the Son of God. The Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God,” is meaningless. Where does the evidence lead? Is it to my being saved according to the Scriptures, or facing the consequences as laid out for us within the Anthanasian Creed? God bless. In His Care… Jim

Not My Will

In Luke 22:42 (NKJV) Jesus said, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” When you know that what the Bible actually tells us about Jesus is trustworthy, you’ll see why “the Son is God” is meaningless. When Jesus speaks of the “Father,” in the Bible, He’s referring to His God and Father (John 20:17). Therefore, by Jesus saying “not My will” in Luke 22:42, followed by the words “but Yours, be done,” He cannot be speaking of Himself when He says “Yours.” This clearly shows that Jesus and “the Son is God” are not the same. Do you know what it would take to make “the Son is God” meaningful? Its only life line is to keep it as far away from the biblical account of who Jesus is. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Truths About Jesus

If you’re really interested in truths about Jesus, limit your search to just one thing, the Bible. Making it priority number one is the proper way to get to the truths. Appreciate that the last entry of the New Testament was recorded near the end of the first century. Nothing has changed, even today. The Bible speaks well about Jesus and without it, we’d all be left to our own understanding. Unfortunately, some continue leaning on their own understanding of some things in spite of having access to the Bible today. “The Son is God” for example, is not biblical. God bless. To His God and Father

In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” If you expect to be taught “the Son is God” is true, Jesus’s ascending to His God and Father will be problematic, for you. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Don't Rely On Human Wisdom

Consider the attitude of the person that’s saying there are no absolutes truths. By them saying that there are no absolute truths, wouldn’t that constitute an absolute truth? Of course it would. How about the pastor or teacher saying they teach the word of God, yet they believe “the Son is God”? Wouldn’t they actually be relying on human wisdom? Of course they would. For “the Son is God” to be believable, it must be sustained by false teachings. If you truly believe that the Bible is trustworthy, then it won’t take long for you to know what isn’t. When teaching the word of God, don’t rely on human wisdom. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Why Push The Point Further?

We can put our trust in this Biblical fact, “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.” 1 John 4:15 (NKJV) Why would anyone say that it is not true? Someone could say that it sounds like something from the Bible, and not be interested in knowing more about it. Another could show interest, but they believe, unless one believes “the Son is God” they cannot be saved. What they’re saying is, no one is going to be saved unless they believe what they believe regardless of what the Bible says. Scripturally speaking “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God,” is saved. Why would anyone push the point further? God bless. In His Care… Jim
