“Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of
all comfort,” 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
There’s no doubt about it, even if only 1% of what those
religious “leaders” were guilty of was true, I’d say Martin Luther had every
reason to declare “Scripture alone” on October 31, 1517.
If leading up to that day
[everyone] not only believed “Scripture alone” but held to it as well, there’d
be no “catholic” or “protestant” churches and, the doctrines of men would be
something to avoid.
Sixteen hundred plus years have passed since the Anthanasian
Creed became [doctrine] of the Catholic Church.
In just a couple of days Protestants are going to “celebrate” the 500 year
anniversary of the reformation.
Speaking of “Scripture alone,” where [does] one find the
words “the Son is God”? Knowing they can’t be found in “Scripture
alone” the [Bible], I’d say they’re “The Anthanasian Creeds alone.”
The gospel of Jesus Christ is exactly what people need to
hear and, “Scripture alone” supplies all that we need.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
