Don't be Surprised by The Way Others Treat You

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While watching the news on television I heard, “You’ll know their religion by how they treat others.”  The speaker on the television was standing before a live audience, what I heard was prerecorded. 

I don’t know what the speaker thinks about the [Bible].  I do know “You’ll know their religion by how they treat others” is straight from the pit of hell.  If I told you what was behind this quote, there’d be no question as to what was meant by it.  The speaker’s point was tell us not to quote [Scripture], because you’re being hateful towards others when you do.

If quoting [Scripture] is seen as being hateful towards others, then the true follower of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” shouldn’t be surprised by the way others treat them.

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of this world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” John 15:18-19 (NKJV)

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you” is straight forward, and easy to understand.  True followers of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” know it’s all about Jesus.  This predicts why “the world” doesn’t “love” those that treat the [Bible] as more than sufficient enough as is.
