Grace,
mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus
Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)
In
the name of Him who God sent to be the propitiation for our sins, Messiah Yeshua
“Jesus,” greetings. See 1 John
4:8-11 (NKJV)
While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I
heard, “God cannot go back on His word and still be God.” On this point I agree with the speaker on the
radio, but we have our differences. The
speaker is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed something that was birthed in
325-AD.
“For God so loved the world that He
gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 (NKJV)
I believe Jesus is right when He tells us “whoever
believes in Him” will “have everlasting life.” In other words, “whoever believes in Him”
is saved according to the [Scriptures].
How the Anthanasian Creed came to be is beyond comprehension. The [Bible] is trustworthy and more than sufficient
enough as is. If the word of God doesn’t
endure forever, and Jesus is wrong in John 3:16, then what’s the point in life
itself.
We must get to the point of where we want to know what the
all-knowing God of the [Bible] intended that is to believe in Messiah Yeshua
“Jesus” according to the [Scriptures].
We can’t delay because Jesus is coming again. We’re to pass [Biblical] truths on to the
next generation, not man’s understanding of them. Treat the [Bible] with respect, and stay
clear of the Anthanasian Creed.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
