Reform Christianity

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “Reform Christianity is correctional and doctrinal.”  The speaker on the radio then went on to say, “Build reform churches where the word of God will be opened with confidence, so we can have strong Christians.”  The speaker was concerned about attendance, or the lack of it, in “American Churches.”  The speaker is follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

On what basis do we accept the Anthanasian Creed as sound doctrine, and turn our heads to what Jesus accomplished in the first century?  Salvation is not going to come in, by, or through, the Anthanasian Creed.  Nothing has put the gospel of Jesus Christ in jeopardy more than the Anthanasian Creed, especially in churches that believe it.

“Reform Christianity is correctional and doctrinal” and “where the word of God will be opened with confidence,” coming from one believing the Anthanasian Creed, is ironic.  What we need is less of what man created in 325-AD, the Anthanasian Creed, and more of what has been clearly laid out for us in the [Bible], God’s plan of salvation.

God bless.
In His Care… Jim
