“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
praying always for you.” Colossians 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
Then Pilate said to Him, “Are You
not speaking to me? Do You not know that I have power to crucify You, and power
to release You?” Jesus answered, “You
could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above.
Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin.” John 19:10-11
(NKJV)
As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station a
follower of the Anthanasian Creed asked, “What kind of people can God use?” The [Biblical] correct answer is,
anyone. God’s plan of salvation is
available for all to see in the [Bible] and in the [Bible] you’ll find the
names of those, one would think, had no chance of being used by God.
Even if the worst should happen, “You
could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above,”
I would trust God.
There isn’t an intellectual way to salvation. A person can “study” the Anthanasian Creed,
for as long as they like, to the point of them actually believing it, and
[still] that person has not been, could not be, or ever will be, saved by it.
I say it’s far better to trust the all-knowing God of the
[Bible], than to go through life defending the Anthanasian Creed.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
