“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.” 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy
Ghost is God. And yet they are not
three Gods, but one God.” -
Anthanasian Creed.
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels
in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Mark 13:32
(NKJV)
As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station a
follower of the Anthanasian Creed referenced Jesus’ second coming, saying,
“Jesus is coming and it will be in God’s good time.” I [totally] agree with the speaker on this
point. “But of that day and hour no
one knows,” “but only the Father,” God.
Where we differ is, I believe
there’s nothing beyond the power of Jesus’ blood to not only forgive our
sins, but to save our souls from hell’s fire.
The Anthanasian Creed waters down
Jesus’ blood, to the point of it being, powerless.
In Mark 13:32 “the Son is God,” “they are not
three Gods, but one God,” is unaware of that “day an hour” that only
the Father knows. How can that be if “the
Son is God”? You can only make sense
of it if Jesus is the Son of God and not “one God.” It is clear from Mark 13:32 He does not know
all things.
The Anthanasian Creed is the high priest of all false
doctrines, and only made its way into the twenty first century by human reason.
People, like the speaker said, “Jesus is coming and it will
be in God’s good time.” Our job is to be
ready, know Jesus. It just makes sense.
God bless.
