“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of
glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of
Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)
In
the name of He who when being asked “Are You then the Son of God” answered “You
rightly say that I am,” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. See Luke
22:70 (NKJV)
What was your first thought prior to reading the [Bible] for
the very first time? Where do I begin? How much of what others say about Jesus, do I
have to believe to be saved? How about,
there’s nothing in it for me? Whatever
that first thought may be, if any, how you treat the [Bible] now, is the only
thing that matters.
“For God so loved the world that He
gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV)
The [Bible] speaks of many things but it couldn’t make
anything more clear than “Whoever believes in” “the way, the truth,
and the life,” Jesus, is saved.
It doesn’t matter where one begins
reading the [Bible], it’ll escort them to Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” the only way
“to the Father.” If they should
come to the conclusion that there’s nothing in the [Bible] for them, I pray
they give it a closer look, because nothing could be further from the truth.
God has a plan, and it has
everything to do with fixing broken lives.
Nothing could be more broken than to live one’s life without Jesus.
It is dangerous to trust what others say you have to believe
to be saved if it doesn’t 100% agree with the [Bible]. History shows us things change, especially within
the walls of earthly institutions called “church.” They’ll tell you these changes are for good,
but the [Bible] never changes. If we had
to believe everything qualified within these walls, to be saved, we’d all be
doomed to hell’s fire.
To be saved, we only have to believe that which has been [clearly]
laid out for us in the [Bible]. Simply, “Whoever
believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” This is “The way, the truth, and the life.”
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
