Penned Well Before AD 325

Prior to any debate concerning the rationality behind the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God,” there’s something you should know about Jesus. John 20:17 (NKJV) says “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” If not for its clarity, one could say they’ve found evidence of “the Son is God” in the Bible today. Fortunately, because everything Jesus spoke, as laid out for us in the Bible, speaks against “the Son is God.” Therefore, “the Son is God” can be put to rest. Additionally, we know John 20:17 was penned well before “the Son is God” was introduced to the world in AD 325. God bless. In His Care… Jim
