The Bible Is Faultless
Some treat the Bible as being subject to the doctrines of men, up for grabs if you will, in order to keep their false teachings up and running. Case in point, unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved” is false, and supersedes what Jesus accomplished in the first century. When it comes to what one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures, nothing else is needed but the Bible.
Biblically speaking “the Son is God” is meaningless. Those lifting “the Son is God” up as true didn’t take Jesus at His word, and this is not something to be taken lightly. If you get Jesus wrong, you cannot blame the Bible. The Bible is faultless, and it clearly establishes Jesus ascending to His God and Father. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” You can trust the Biblical account of who Jesus is, which proves “the Son is God” is meaningless, because the Bible is faultless.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
