They Cannot Be The Same

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV) Consider for a moment a person who believes “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same, reads 1 Peter 1:3 for themselves. Would you say there’s every reason to believe that the words “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” found in 1 Peter 1:3, shows them they cannot be the same?
