Jesus Claiming To Be God In The Bible?

How can anyone not see that Jesus is speaking of ascending to His God and Father in John 20:17? Other than Satan who does not want anyone seeing it at all, I would say it is because of one of two things. For one, some folks just do not have time for Jesus in their life today. I pray God that they find it soon. Second, they are just not willing to change, believing they have been preaching the word of God all along. For example, those believing “the Son is God,” believe “someone” has actually found evidence of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible. Here’s the problem with that, in John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” As you can see, we can directly link the ascension of Jesus to His God and Father, to something Jesus actually said in the Bible. Who then, is the source of this so-called “evidence” of Jesus claiming to be God in the Bible? We can eliminate Jesus as the source because it contradicts Jesus’s teachings. God bless.
