Man's Understanding Of The Scriptures?

Many falsehoods about Jesus are taught as true these days. There’s a little truth mixed in to them to make it seem believable. I am certain the only good things we’re going to receive are what joins us to Jesus. I will agree with what’s being said by others about Jesus, only if it’s in accordance with Scripture. There’s a teaching today that treats man’s understanding of the Scriptures as infallible. The Anthanasian Creed was introduced to the world more than three hundred years after the last entry of the New Testament. It states: unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved.” Using the Bible to make this particular falsehood seem believable when the Bible actually proves it to be false, is unimaginable. The Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” is false, not because I say so, but because the Bible does. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Did Jesus actually say, He’s ascending to His God and Father? You better believe He did. God bless. In His Care… Jim
