Stories About Jesus

There was a time when the common person just had to rely on others, trusting they were handling the Bible properly. Since the writing of the Bible, church history shows a lot being said about Jesus that is just not true. When someone picks up a Bible today, prior to reading it, they should understand this. The biblical account of who Jesus is, is reliable. Taking the time to learn more about Jesus, as laid out for us in the Scriptures is worthwhile. Simply, if it comes down to trusting those who lift up the tale of the Anthanasian Creed, or Jesus, I choose Jesus. That creed’s “the Son is God” is a common belief today, but not a valid one.
