“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
praying always for you.” Colossians 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,”
greetings. See Acts 4:12 (NKJV)
With the last entry of the New Testament occurring near the
end of the first century, it is safe to say that the [Bible] doesn’t tell us to
respect the Anthanasian Creed in any way, shape or form. The Anthanasian Creeds having to believe [or
else] false “method of salvation,” is [directly] linked to those not mentioned
in the [Bible]. They should not be
treated as defenders of [Biblical] truths.
Could they be saved? Yes, if they
accepted what Jesus accomplished in the first century they are saved according
to the [Scriptures]. Unfortunately,
sixteen hundred plus years of false teachings [directly] linked to the
Anthanasian Creed, saying, unless one believes the doctrine of the trinity one
cannot be saved, has fostered things about Jesus that just aren’t true.
One can say we should trust the
word of God but if we’re clinging to the Anthanasian Creed, we’re not trusting
the word of God. In an attempt to have
authority over the salvation of one’s soul, man had reduced the [Bible] to mere
commentary. This is the Anthanasian
Creed in a nutshell.
Have you heard the phrase once saved always saved? Well it’s true, but only if everything was
done according to the [Scriptures]. The
Anthanasian Creed says the salvation of one’s soul has absolutely nothing to do
with [Biblical] truths. Simply, the
Anthanasian Creed [supersedes] God’s plan of salvation which has been clearly
laid out for us in the [Bible].
Any attempt to build a bridge
between God’s plan of salvation and the Anthanasian Creeds [false] “method of salvation,”
will be blocked by [Biblical] truths.
Here’s the way I see things, in a world bent on silencing
[Biblical] truths. I respect people’s
right to believe whatever they wish when it comes to their eternal destiny, but
the [Bible] will have the final say. This
includes those that have chosen to believe the Anthanasian Creed.
Would you say the person confessing
Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, [saved
according to the Scriptures], and rejecting the Anthanasian Creed altogether,
is saved?
I hope that you see that the person is saved. To say the person is not saved, says the
Anthanasian Creed [supersedes] God’s plan of salvation. The [Bible] points us to that which Jesus the
Son of God, accomplished in the first century.
The words “The Son is God” aren’t in the [Bible]. They wouldn’t exist at all, if not for the
Anthanasian Creed. Messiah Yeshua
“Jesus,” is the Son of God. Whoever
confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15 (NKJV)
The Anthanasian Creed shouldn’t have made its way into the
twenty first century. What do we
[really] know about the Anthanasian Creed?
Simple research will tell you that it was birthed well after the last
entry of the New Testament, and has no basis in the [Bible]. It adds onto that which Jesus accomplished in
the first century. The truth of the
matter is, followers of the Anthanasian Creed have been trusting that which has
been handed down to them by other followers. They’ll talk about how it made its way into
the twenty first century, but it’ll be based on the teachings of those that
have chosen to believe it for themselves.
It’s a society of people that can only be traced back to 325-AD, when
the Anthanasian Creed was birthed. As
with all of us today, not a single one of them has the authority to alter
[Scripture].
It is your eternal destiny at stake here, and it is your
choice. Trust in the [Bible] and confess
that Jesus is the Son of God and you will be saved.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
