“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of
glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of
Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
“For God so loved the world that He
gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not
perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He
who believes in Him is not condemned; but he
who does not believe in Him is
condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only
begotten Son of God.” John 3:16-18 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except
through Me.” John 14:6
(NKJV)
As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station someone
asked, “Can a Christian lose their salvation?”
The term “Christian” can be used lightly. Calling oneself “Christian” or anyone else
for that matter, doesn’t save you or them.
For some, you can’t lose something that you never had to begin with. The [true] follower of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus”
can go through life regretting missed opportunities, but the thought of losing
their salvation should never cross their mind.
Your eternal address changes the moment you [believe in]
accept Jesus, according to the [Scriptures].
Jesus is “the
way, the truth, and the life” and “No one comes to the Father except
through” Jesus.
You’re either with Jesus, which is to say saved according to
the [Scriptures], or as far away from Him as one could possibly be. “He who does not believe in” Jesus “is
condemned already,” is lost, unsaved.
The [Bible] is clear concerning the matter. “Whoever believes in” Jesus “should
not perish but have everlasting life.”
Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may
work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you
believe in Him whom He sent.” John 6:28-29 (NKJV)
“This
is the work of God, that you believe in” Jesus.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
