“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)
In
the name of Him who makes us kings and priests to His God and Father, Messiah
Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. See Revelation 1:6
(NKJV)
As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station a
follower of the Anthanasian Creed said, referring to what has been laid out for
us in the [Bible], “God has given us a message, straight from Him
to us.” I agree with the speaker on this
point.
Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and
the Savior of their life, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejects the
Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved?
Where we differ is, I can say “the person” is saved
with a clear conscience, because I know the Anthanasian Creed has absolutely
nothing to do with the salvation of one’s soul.
“God has given us a message, straight from Him to us.” Followers of the Anthanasian Creed are left
with having to say “the person” is not saved, which
is to second guess what “God has given us.”
The Anthanasian Creed contradicts “God has given us a message,
straight from Him to us.” The [Bible]
forewarns us of false doctrines, but when it comes to the salvation of one’s
soul, be sure you rely on the message gave straight from “Him to us.” When we respect, and give reverence to the
word of God, the Anthanasian Creed will always come out on the wrong side of
truth.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
