Grace,
mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus
Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I
heard a follower of the Anthanasian Creed say, “The greatest gift for one to
have is that of eternal life with Jesus.”
I agree with the speaker on this point.
The speaker then went on to give the [Bible] its proper due,
saying, “The word of God, absolutely sufficient.” There’s irony when a follower of the
Anthanasian Creed says things like “The word of God, absolutely sufficient,” as
they’re the ones saying unless one believes the doctrine of the trinity one cannot
be saved.
As one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others
about Him, I say, it doesn’t get any better than to be on the right side of
what Jesus accomplished in the first century.
The Anthanasian Creed, as hard as its followers try to make it so, will never
agree with God’s plan of salvation that has been laid out for us in the [Bible].
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
