Whom/What One Chooses To Follow

Thru the years, folks have chosen to believe specific philosophers, advertisements, politicians, and last but certainly not least, preachers. I would say people are free to believe whomever, whatever, they like. With me, it all comes down to whom/what one chooses to follow. I certainly don’t agree with everything I see/hear these days, but I’m not going to be swayed by any of it. I’ve chosen, to follow Jesus. I’m free to do whatever I like but if I was to put something before Jesus, I now become a follower of whomever/whatever that may be. Putting something before Jesus, would leave me having to defend things that [actually] contradict Jesus’ teachings. This in and of itself, keeps me from ever becoming a follower of the Anthanasian Creed. In Christ Jesus, Jim
