Stand On The Word Of God

When it comes to describing Jesus, everything must stand on the word of God. What good is it if it contradicts the Scriptures? There is no Biblical support for “the Son is God” which only came to exist with the Anthanasian Creed. Biblically speaking, that is according to the Scriptures, describing “the Son is God” as anything else but heretical doctrine is unacceptable. According to the Scriptures, Jesus is the Son of God, and He ascended to His God and Father. It is biblically impossible to prove otherwise. That alone should cause you to stay clear of the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God,” and to stand on the word of God.
