Once Saved Always Saved

What you’re about to read is the conclusion of many hours spent on the computer monitoring discussions between Catholics and Protestants. Specifically, discussions where Catholics defend their beliefs over Protestants. Here are two thoughts I took away from these discussions. False doctrines are man-made, built as a result of abusing Scripture. The Anthanasian Creed is the high priest of them all. Its final destiny is for it to be ignored. We shouldn’t be afraid of being labeled the Christ follower that Jesus calls us to be. If you can’t believe the biblical account of who Jesus is, why would you trust the teachings of anyone who lifts up “the Son is God?” The Bible says “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:26 NKJV). This doesn’t contradict the fact that Christ’s blood covers our sin. Once saved always saved, speaks only to those saved according to the Scriptures. God bless. In His Care… Jim
