It Just Might Be Their Time To Come To Jesus

Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.” But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23:39-43 (NKJV) Prior to being nailed to a cross on that particular day “the other,” saying, “this Man has done nothing wrong,” we find the Bible is silent as to where this individual stood with Jesus. Before the end of that same day “today you shall be with Me in Paradise,” however, this same individual is with Jesus in Paradise. “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” Faith in Christ Jesus alone, saves. When we encounter people, we know nothing about speaking ill about Jesus, speak well about Him. God is in control, and it just might be their time to come to Jesus. God bless. In His Care… Jim
