“Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant
mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus
Christ from the dead,” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
“Look” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the
midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” Daniel
3:25 (NKJV)
While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard
the speaker on the radio “quoting” Daniel 3:25 from a [Bible] but ended it with
“like the gods.” As you can see there’s a significant difference
between “like the Son of God” in the NKJV and, “like the gods.” The speaker on the radio is a follower of the
Anthanasian Creed.
With a simple
internet search I was able to look at a number of [different] versions of the
bible, targeting Daniel 3:25, and “like the gods” wasn’t found in any of
them. Looking to contact the speaker (via
e-mail), no electronic contact information was available which is why I’m
sharing this with you now.
Some people are bent on teaching their own version of the
[Bible], or someone else’s who believes the same as them. For example those that have attended
seminary, left believing the doctrine of the “Trinity” is [Biblically] sound. They can’t make a case without first placing
the [Bible] in the position of being subject to the Anthanasian Creed.
The follower of that creed won’t
see it that way but proving it to be so, won’t be a problem. There’s no [Biblical] evidence of anyone
having to believe the Anthanasian Creed for anything, let alone the only way to
salvation.
Since the last entry of the New Testament was recorded, one
system of belief after another has surfaced.
This in of itself proves that with man, the inspired word of God is open
for discussion. Simply put with man
believing they have the final say in what is truth, the [Bible] is insufficient
evidence as is. It is my obligation to
tell you the [Bible] is more than sufficient enough as is.
And the keeper of the prison,
awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners
had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a
load voice, saying “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”
Then he called for a light, ran in,
and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and
said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you
and your household.” Acts 16:27-31 (NKJV)
Wherever you may be, I pray the message that’s preached is “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ,
and you will be saved.”
Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God
abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15
(NKJV)
“The God and
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I
am not lying.” 2 Corinthians 11:31 (NKJV)
The person
believing and confessing “Jesus is the Son of God,” Paul’s “God and
Father” and Jesus’ “God and Father” are one and the same (2
Corinthians 11:31), and that the Anthanasian Creed has absolutely nothing to do
with the salvation of their soul, has absolutely nothing to fear. The Anthanasian Creeds way, and God’s
plan of salvation cannot coexist.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
