“Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant
mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus
Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince,
rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and teaching. For the time will come
when they will not endure sound
doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching
ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears
away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure
afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” 2
Timothy 4:2-5 (NKJV)
While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I
heard, referring to 2 Timothy 4:2-5, “This is for pastors, elders, and church
leaders.” The speaker on the radio is a
follower of the Anthanasian Creed. He went on to say false teachers are “not only
deceived in their own minds, they’ll deceive others.” The irony of it all, the Anthanasian Creed is
the high priest of all false doctrines.
I wouldn’t lead people into believing a true follower of
Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” is determined by the position they hold. 2 Timothy 4:2-5 is crystal clear, don’t become
one of those that “will not endure sound doctrine.”
Paul is instructing young Timothy to “Preach the word! Be
ready in season and out of season.” To “be watchful in all things,
endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist.”
“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)
“Blessed be the
God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God
of all comfort.” 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV)
“The God and
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I
am not lying.” 2 Corinthians 11:31 (NKJV)
“Blessed be the
God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every
spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV)
“We give thanks to the
God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.” Colossians
1:3 (NKJV)
These verses of [Scripture] clearly establish one thing (not
that there aren’t more). Paul would have
taught young Timothy to “
Preach the word,” saying, their God and Father
and Jesus’ God and Father are one and the same.
“
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
“Preach the word” puts the high priest of all false
doctrines to rest. Neither Paul nor
Timothy had a clue as to what was birthed in 325-AD. The Anthanasian Creeds having to believe [or
else] “the Son is God” to be
saved.
Proving wrong what the follower of the Anthanasian Creed has
been taught to believe is right won’t be a problem.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
