Biblical Truths Are Divine

What would you call the conversation about Jesus, where everything said about Him was assumed to be true? I would call it beneficial, because if handled properly, the truth will be known. There’s plenty of evidence of folks speaking truths about Jesus today, for sure. The same can be said for false things said about Him as well. Regardless, believers in Christ Jesus are called to correctly discern them. This shouldn’t be a long drawn-out process because we have access to the Bible. Taking the things said about Jesus to the biblical account of who Jesus is, which is to say Scripture alone, will surely set the record straight. It Will Not Endure Forever

The closing sentence of the Anthanasian Creed states: “This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.” Meaning, unless you believe faithfully and firmly “the Son is God,” you cannot be saved. One day all the false things that have been said about Jesus will pass away, which would certainly include things describing Him as “the Son is God.” You can say even though the words “the Son is God” aren’t in the Bible the evidence of it being so is, but it will all be in vain. The evidence of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father, showing “the Son is God” to be false, is crystal-clear and available in the Bible for all to see. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” If it’s lifting up “the Son is God” folks, it will not endure forever. God bless. The Son Is God Is...

The one teaching “the Son is God” as believable, thinks they’re speaking truthfully when they say “the Son is God.” Actually, they’ve chosen to believe something that just isn’t true. What would you say “the Son is God” is? I would say “the Son is God” is truly manmade. “The Son is God” shouldn’t have made its way into this century. God bless. In His Care… Jim

An Obvious Mismatch

You can’t take “the Son is God” and use it to describe Jesus. It’s a human example of mishandling Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father. “The Son is God” and the biblical Jesus are an obvious mismatch. Absolute loyalty to Scripture alone will keep one’s faith in Jesus unwavering. I pray God that you have decided to follow Jesus according to the Scriptures. It’s all part of God’s plan that we do. Who’s willing to explain away the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God?” The problem for those believing “the Son is God” is that there’s nothing that supports it. Actually, it explains away the biblical account of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father.

Sooner Or Later

Who’s willing to denounce that Jesus ascended to His God and Father? If you’re in a place where Jesus is spoken highly of by someone who believes “the Son is God,” sooner or later you’ll hear false things being said about Jesus. It’s guaranteed, because they can’t validate “the Son is God.” The closer one gets to Jesus, the easier it becomes to recognize/denounce false things being said about Him. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Consider it validated. The Bible Doesn't Say

The Bible doesn’t say that it’ll be safe to teach Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father as fact for a short time only. It also doesn’t say the time for the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” to supersede everything Jesus accomplished in the first century is near. When Jesus comes again, and He will, nothing changes. His return will occur just as it has been laid out for us the Scriptures and “the Son is God” will have absolutely nothing to do with it. Who, Would Argue With That?

Throughout church history, the outcome of specific debates has hindered the furtherance of the gospel of Christ Jesus. What you believe about Jesus, will affect what you say about Him to others. Should we even be talking about the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” today? If you were to listen to those lifting it up, you’d think the God of the Bible handed it to them on tablets of stone. They see no problem with telling others that there’s actual evidence of it being so in the Bible even though there isn’t. It has been covered by more false teachings than one could possibly imagine. It would be just as easy to prove it so, as it would be to make clear that “the Son is God” is disconnected from the Bible altogether. Whatever it is that “the Son is God” was built on, it won’t withstand the test of time. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” It’s a fact, the Bible tells us Jesus ascended to His God and Father. Therefore, the debate over the validity of Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” is settled. It shouldn’t have made its way into this century.
