He who does not love does not know
God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested towards us, that
God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through
Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His
Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also
ought to love one another. 1 John 4:8-11 (NKJV)
In
the name of Him who God sent to be the propitiation for our sins, Messiah
Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy
Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.” “And in this Trinity none is before or after
other; none is greater or less than another; But the whole persons are
coeternal together, and coequal:” -Anthanasian Creed
Those saying unless you believe this you cannot be saved, are
false teachers. How is that [Biblical]? The [Bible] is clear concerning the
matter.
There’s no mention of anyone having to believe “the Son is God”
to be saved in the [Bible]. This makes
everything related to the Anthanasian Creeds false method of salvation, a byproduct
of those not mentioned in the [Bible].
Since we have access to the [Bible], identifying the works of those not
mentioned in the [Bible] won’t be a problem.
It doesn’t matter how much one claims to know about the [Bible],
or how little for that matter. We’re not
to believe everything one has to say about the [Bible]. We’re supposed to believe just what’s in the
[Bible]. History shows, because the
Anthanasian Creed has made its way into the twenty first century, that people
are reluctant to investigate [Biblical] matters for themselves, and rely on
what they have been told.
Whenever, wherever the gospel message is preached in truth, no one
should leave having to believe “the Son is God” to be saved. The Anthanasian Creed sounds great to those
believing it, until they have to answer for the additions it has made to the
[Bible].
“For God so loved the world that He
gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
believes in Him should not
perish but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
“Whoever believes in” Jesus “should not perish but
have everlasting life,” that is saved according to the [Scriptures]. From that [precious] moment of salvation,
this now saved individual “is a new creation.” “Old things have passed away,” which
would include any knowledge of the Anthanasian Creed, “behold, all things
have become new.” This is the gospel
message, as laid out for us in the [Bible].
I wish people would see the [Bible] for what it is, God’s gift to
us.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
