From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Truths About Jesus

I’m committed to faith in Scripture alone. This is no time to deviate from the biblical account of who Jesus is. Whenever Jesus is spoken of, as laid out for us in the Scriptures, in a world embracing sin, someone is going to be upset about it. However, Jesus is not just a name. You’ll appreciate Jesus more, as you tell others about Him, just as it has been laid out for us in the Scriptures. Whether we get to see it occur real time, or hear about it after the fact, lives’ change after people hears truths about Jesus. The God of the Bible is sovereign and He “so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (NKJV) Speaking truths about Jesus, God’s “only begotten Son,” points others towards the biblical Jesus. What they do with it is a personal decision made on their part, and I pray God they choose to have “everlasting life” believing in Christ Jesus. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Jesus Died For Them Too

The best thing to do with the evil ways of the world today is to avoid them altogether. Too many have chosen to disregard Jesus, when the Bible gives them every reason not to. I would say the problem facing folks today is that we avoid biblical truth when it comes to everyday life. There are only two choices, believe in Christ Jesus or not; God’s way or the wrong way. It’s failproof because even if one misses the mark from time to time, or all the time for that matter, the Bible will always provide instruction on what to do next. Following Christ Jesus according to the Scriptures will always be the direction to take. We’re all sinners and in need of a Savior. If you have yet to believe in Christ Jesus as laid out for us in the Scriptures, you have the opportunity to do so now. The devil will tell you that you’re beyond salvation, that you’re better off helping people resist biblical views, but that’s a lie. Jesus was sent to die on a cross for all peoples of the world that they may resist the devil, and encourage others to do the same. Call on Jesus’s name and receive life, eternal life. As one who loves Jesus, I can safely say, it doesn’t get any better than that. I see folks today as billboards and if the message their sending is worldly, I know Jesus died for them too. It’s time to come to Christ Jesus, and be saved. God bless. In His Care… Jim

He Tells Us The Truth

In the gospel of Christ Jesus, He tells us the truth, yet people choose to ignore it. All the thoughts, ideas, and incorrect teachings of Jesus being God, contradict the biblical account of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus Himself said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” There is no way to escape the biblical fact of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father. If one was taught of an escape route, suggesting evidence of Jesus being God in the Bible, what do you recommend one do with it? I would recommend ignoring it altogether and to trust what Jesus said in John 20:17. The Bible as a whole points us to Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father, and to everything else we need to know about Him. One thing is for sure, concerning everything Jesus said, He tells us the truth. God bless. In His Care… Jim

It's About Jesus

In John 5:30 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge, and My judgement is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.” Keep in mind that when Jesus speaks of the Father, He’s referring to His God and Father (John 20:17). To be in a right relationship with Jesus, one would have to be willing to do what the Bible instructs them to do. Simply, obedience to God as laid out for us in the Scriptures. Faith in the biblical account of who Jesus is, gets us through each passing day, knowing our salvation is secured. If your relationship to Jesus takes you through the doctrines of men, especially the doctrine of the trinity, that is foolishness. The Bible is the only place we’re to turn to. Is Jesus being taught to you as laid out for us in the Scriptures? It’s not about the name of a local church or the doctrines of men, it’s about Jesus, the true Jesus found only in the Scriptures. Whether you’re a church goer or not, you deserve to hear Jesus being taught as laid out for us in the Scriptures. God bless. In His Care… Jim

I suppose every atheist wants to play God but they need not apply, that role has been taken. In John 17:3 (NKJV) Jesus said, “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” Therefore, “that they may know You, the only true God,” Jesus’s God and Father (John 20:17), is God. It’s good to know who God is.

If one’s greatest disappointment is finding out that what they’ve been taught to believe about Jesus is false, it’ll only last for a moment. Jesus will never be disappointed in someone who accepts the gospel of Christ Jesus as true.

The Truth Will Be Known

We can learn a lot from Jesus, and obviously reading the Bible is helpful. Jesus did things that only He could do. On their own, believers in Christ Jesus today don’t stand a chance in a world that doesn’t view the Bible properly. We need Jesus! We need to follow Jesus just as it has been laid out for us in the Scriptures. You can believe this or not, but it is exactly how the Bible imparts it. Folks throughout “church history” have led us to believe their doctrine. Most times in the early days, they were the only ones with access to the Bible. That’s no longer the case. We can’t leave their works to go unchallenged. Simply, by standing on Scripture alone, the truth will be known. If the Bible was handled properly in AD 325, the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” wouldn’t have made its way into this century. Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) After reading John 20:17, would you say Jesus’s God and Father and your God and Father are the same? I would. God bless. In His Care… Jim

It's A Rhetorical Question

Hypothetically speaking, in a classroom setting you are the teacher and you are teaching the doctrine of the trinity as true. A question comes your way from one of the students who asks, “What does the Bible have to say about it?” Without citing the tale of the Anthanasian Creed, would you be able link the “Son is God” to someone mentioned in the Bible? It’s a rhetorical question because the Bible doesn’t support it at all. The Bible does however, support Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” By whatever measure one uses to lift up “the Son is God,” for the one committed to standing on Scripture alone, it will always be false. If God So Loved Us...

He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested towards us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:8-11 (NKJV) It’s one thing to read about something in the Bible, in this case 1 John chapter 4 verses 8 through 11. It’s another thing to demonstrate it in our lives. Those of us believing and confessing that Jesus is the Son of God, saved according to the Scriptures, should be saying exactly the same things about Jesus. “We also ought to love one another.” It’s not hard to recognize the differences between one denomination and another. In each and every case, the differences are tied to beliefs that are not rooted in Scripture but rather man’s understanding of them, the doctrines of men if you will. The solution to it all is to stand on Scripture alone. Society as a whole deserves what the Bible has to say about Jesus. “In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” Amen. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Will Of The God Of The Bible, Will Be Done

Those promoting a communist/socialist state, can’t create a Godless society. It’s too late for that. The historical account of Jesus’s first century accomplishments, recorded in the Bible, are well known throughout the world. Even though some have yet to believe in Christ Jesus according to the Scriptures, the will of the God of the Bible, will be done. Within a communist/socialist state, nothing changes, everybody is a candidate for salvation. Strive to promote biblical views as true rather than being known for rejecting them. God bless. It's About Jesus And Not About You

How do you stand on Scripture alone when you’re doubting something said about Jesus? Most importantly, don’t jump to conclusions because it very well could be true. Take each and every opportunity to talk about Jesus, knowing it’s about Jesus and not about you. For example, followers of the Anthanasian Creed, when lifting up “the Son is God,” can’t just talk about the biblical account of who Jesus is. They have to rely on what they’ve been taught to believe about “the Son is God.” As they present their case, believing there’s actual evidence of it being so in the Bible, you need to stand on Scripture alone. There’s no need to debate the validity of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Keep in mind that people are free to think or believe whatever they like. The Bible doesn’t force anyone into believing it. As followers of Christ Jesus, we shouldn’t either. There’s no better feeling than walking away from a conversation knowing you did right by Jesus. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Trust in Jesus

Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father is so important. There would be no gospel of Jesus’s death burial and resurrection without it. The biblical account of these particular four events is essential to the biblical account of who Jesus is. With that said, what harm would it do to lose sight of “the Son is God?” None whatsoever. Trust in Jesus, the Son of God. God bless. In His Care… Jim

As believers in Christ Jesus, we’re to remain united in Him, regardless of how poorly folks are treating biblical standards these days. There is no greater cause today for all believers around the world to pursue. Keeping in mind that our battle is not against flesh and blood but rather finishing the race set before us, according to Scripture.

The Bible Makes It Clear

No where in the Bible can you find anyone orchestrating “the Son is God.” The Bible makes it clear that Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father settles the matter. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” It’s a simple reminder that those lifting up “the Son is God” have chosen poorly. The biblical account of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father was recorded in the Bible, for you to believe that Jesus ascended to His God and Father. We all need to make sure that what we’re hearing about Jesus, is exactly what the Bible wants us to know about Jesus. God bless. In His Care… Jim

A Lost Cause

No matter how much human effort goes into promoting “the Son is God,” it’ll end tragically. There is no biblical evidence of “the Son is God” being true. Those who are ignorant to the irrelevance of “the Son is God” however, can be directly linked to “the Son is God” making its way into this century. In a nutshell, “the Son is God” is a lost cause. Biblical Truths Are Divine

What would you call the conversation about Jesus, where everything said about Him was assumed to be true? I would call it beneficial, because if handled properly, the truth will be known. There’s plenty of evidence of folks speaking truths about Jesus today, for sure. The same can be said for false things said about Him as well. Regardless, believers in Christ Jesus are called to correctly discern them. This shouldn’t be a long drawn-out process because we have access to the Bible. Taking the things said about Jesus to the biblical account of who Jesus is, which is to say Scripture alone, will surely set the record straight. Biblical truths are divine and when shared properly, nothing but good can come from them. God bless. In His Care… Jim
