“Blessed be
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant
mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus
Christ from the dead,” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long,
and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He
who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the
Father’?” John 14:9 (NKJV)
“Not
that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen
the Father.” John 6:46 (NKJV)
Whenever you read the [Bible], specifically the words spoken
by Messiah Yeshua, keep this one thing in mind.
There are those that actually believe Jesus claimed God when He said “He
who has seen Me has seen the Father” in John 14:9.
Jesus settled the issue my friends,
when He said “Not that
anyone has seen the Father” in John 6:46.
Unless a person can prove not a single person was looking at Jesus when
He said “Not that
anyone has seen the Father (John 6:46),” there’s a 0% chance of them proving
John 14:9 is the [Biblical] evidence of Jesus claiming to be God.
Don’t allow someone’s understanding and/or interpretation of
[Scripture], or your own, to clutter up your mind. Trusting that the [Bible] is inspired by God,
enduring forever and cannot change, will prevent you from seeing things in it
that just aren’t there.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the
truth, and the life. No one comes to
the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV)
It is my obligation to tell you, “Jesus said…No one comes
to the Father except through Me.” Why then would anyone look to
man’s understanding and/or interpretation of Jesus’ teachings?
And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His
disciples, which are not written in
this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus
is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in
His name. John 20:30-31 (NKJV)
Obviously the [Bible] doesn’t give us an account of
everything Jesus said and did, “truly Jesus did many other signs… which
are not written in this book. It does
tells us exactly enough so we may “believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son
of God (John 20:30-31).”
The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming”
(who is also called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus
said to her, “I who speak to you am
He.” John 4:25-26 (NKJV)
“And to the angel of the church in
Thyatira write, ‘These things says the
Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine
brass:’” Revelation 2:18 (NKJV)
We know Jesus’ response to “I know that Messiah is coming”
was, “I who speak to you am He (John 4:25-26).” In what’s known to us today as Revelation
2:18, Jesus tells us He’s “the Son of God.”
After reading John 4:24-25 and Revelation 2:18, would you
say “Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God (John 20:30-31)”?
Even if the words found in John 4:24-25,
6:46, 14:9 and Revelation 2:18 didn’t make their way into the [Bible], I’d say “Jesus
is the Christ, the Son of God (John 20:30-31).”
John 20:30-31 is plain, simple, and easy to understand. We’re to “believe that Jesus is the
Christ, the Son of God.”
For the past sixteen hundred plus years, people have been
led to believe God died on a cross in the first century, and for the sin of the
world. If those believing such a thing would
stop and consider what’s causing them to do so, the Anthanasian Creed which
surfaced in 325-AD, they’d see they’ve actually turned from the events leading
up to Jesus’ birth, [death], burial and resurrection, to man’s idea of what
works best for them.
I would not be saying the all-knowing God of the [Bible]
died if I were you. It’ll be [Biblically]
impossible to prove, and that should be enough to keep one from saying it.
Here’s some sound [Biblical] advice: In a world bent on
silencing [Biblical] truths, we must make sure what they’re hearing, is. God's increase isn't attached to what man believes works best for them.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
