“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in
Christ.” Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV)
In
the name of the Son of the living God, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
See John 6:69 (NKJV)
“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy
Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.” - Anthanasian Creed.
“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you
believe faithfully and firmly,
you cannot be saved.” - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.
Many will say, even though the words “the Son is God”
aren’t in the bible the evidence of it being so is, but the idea itself
wouldn’t exist if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible]. The trinity is a [concept] that wouldn’t have
made its way into the twenty first century, if not for the writings of those
not mentioned in the [Bible]. This
concept is a mystery at best. To say one
has to believe it to be saved, undermines what Jesus accomplished in the first
century. According to the Anthanasian
Creed unless one believes “faithfully and firmly” what’s documented in
it, they “cannot be saved.”
Don’t be fooled by “This is the
catholic (Christian) faith,” because it adds onto what Jesus accomplished in
the first century. “This is the
catholic (Christian) faith,” was birthed well after the last entry of the
New Testament.
The Anthanasian Creed, is not the friend of the gospel of
Jesus Christ.
But at midnight Paul and Silas were
praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison
were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains
were loosed.
And the keeper of the prison,
awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners
had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a
loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”
Then he called for a light, ran in,
and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and
said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you
and your household.” Acts 16:25-31 (NKJV)
It is [really] that simple, “Believe on the Lord Jesus
Christ, and you will be saved.” It’s
only after one has believed “on the Lord Jesus Christ,” that these false
teachings of the Anthanasian Creed cross the threshold thus adding onto what
Jesus accomplished in the first century.
I can safely say the Anthanasian Creed, has everything to do about
nothing.
God bless.
In His Care… Jim
