From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Revive An Old Heresy?

After mentioning that “the Son is God” shouldn’t have made its way into this century, I then received, “The entire point of the nicean creed and the anthanasian creed which slightly differs from the nicean, is to disprove Arianism. Why are you then trying to revive an old heresy?” I am not “trying to revive an old heresy” but rather, set the record straight. “The Son is God” only came to exist with the Anthanasian Creed, not because there is Biblical support for it. Followers of that creed today, in their attempt to prove “the Son is God,” begin by telling the tale of the Anthanasian Creed. They’re certainly not following the pattern set for us in the Bible. Don’t lose sight of the fact that “the Son is God” originated in AD 325 with the inception of the Anthanasian Creed. If “the Son is God” was available for all to clearly see in the Bible then, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Don’t think that I’m choosing sides here because I’m not. What I do know is that the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” shouldn’t have made its way into this century. Just as there’s every reason to believe that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, there’s every reason to believe “the Son is God” is false. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Lifting up “the Son is God” today, being conscience of the doctrines and traditions of men, will have you saying things about Jesus that are just not true. The biblical account of Jesus’s ascension to His God and Father is trustworthy, and it’s biblically impossible to prove different. God bless. In His Care… Jim
