From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Jesus Ascended To His God And Father

If you’re a follower of the Anthanasian Creed or not, you’d know, only what you’ve chosen to believe about “the Son is God.” The Bible never says “the Son is God,” but it does say something about the Anthanasian Creeds [unless one believes “the Son is God” one cannot be saved] way of salvation. “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3 (NKJV) Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) John 17:3 and John 20:17 [actually] disproves the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God.” “You, the only true God,” who “sent” Jesus, is Jesus’ God and Father. It’ll [always] be safe to say that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, “the only true God.” The Bible is trustworthy as is. The Anthanasian Creeds way of salvation, is not. Put your trust in Jesus, the Son of God. God bless. In His Care… Jim

But This Man Has Done Nothing Wrong

Concerning one’s salvation, you’ll know the difference between Biblical truths and falsehoods by what one has to believe to be saved. A Biblical truth will define salvation according to the Scriptures. Pilate therefore said to Him, “Are You a King then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice.” Pilate said to Him, “What is truth?” And when he had said this, he went out again to the Jews, and said to them, I find no fault in Him at all.” John 18:37-38 (NKJV) Whether you’re a born again believer in Christ Jesus or not, as it was with “Pilate” back then, you too could be 100% correct about Jesus. Pilate asked “Are You a King then?” Jesus answered, “You say rightly that I am a king.” This conversation between Jesus and Pilate (John 18:37-38), is recorded in the Bible. Anything said or written about Jesus today however, with the hopes of finding “no fault in” them “at all” [in the end], must agree with what has been clearly laid out for us in the Bible. The Bible is 100% trustworthy and variations to it are easily, detected. In Luke 23:39-43 (NKJV) we read about two criminals that were crucified with Jesus: Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.” But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.” This “criminal,” saying about Jesus, “But this Man has done nothing wrong” [confessed], took what he knew about himself and Jesus [at that time] and according to Jesus “today” is with Jesus “in Paradise.” The Anthanasian Creed in 325-AD, wrongly I might add, implied a method of salvation that can only be derived from man’s understanding of the Scriptures, and a falsehood was born. I’ve come to know and believe that man’s understanding of the Scriptures are not trustworthy, and an example of not trustworthy when it comes to detecting falsehoods. If you should decide to continue reading this blog, you’ll see why I believe the Anthanasian Creeds method of salvation is a false one. God bless. In His Care… Jim

I Told You So

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) John 20:17 is clear, Jesus’ God and Father and Jesus’ brethren’s God and Father are one and the same. If this doesn’t hold true for them believing Jesus is the Son of God, saved according to the Scriptures, then nonbelievers have an [open door] to say to the born again believer in Christ Jesus, I told you so.

Do You See?

“For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe in Him is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” John 3:17-18 (NKJV) I believe “in the name of the only begotten Son of God” [Jesus], therefore I can see the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” is irrational. Do you see?

God's Will For Your Life

Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” John 6:28-29 (NKJV) If “you believe in Him whom” God “sent,” Jesus, God’s will for your life, is to forever be with Jesus in the kingdom of God. Live your life here on earth, like you know it. God Bless. In His Care… Jim

Two Thousand Years Later

Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.” John 11:23-27 (NKJV) Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) The New Testament offers a number of false sentiments of who Jesus was, mostly coming from the religious leaders of that time, leading up to and including Jesus’ death burial and resurrection. Jesus was steadfast however, throughout, speaking the truth about Himself, His God and Father (John 20:17), and instructing others to beware of false doctrines. Here we are coming upon two thousand years later, and I, like “Martha” back then (John 11:23-27), believe Jesus is “the Christ, the Son of God.” Knowing the word of God endures forever, concerning one’s salvation, believing Jesus is “the Christ, the Son of God,” is sufficient. “Do you believe” Jesus is “the Christ, the Son of God?” I pray God that you do or that you will.

Where Did [the Son is God] Come From?

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV) Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) If you agree that unless one believes [the Son is God] one cannot be saved, then can you tell me this? If the only way to Jesus’ God and Father is through Jesus (John 14:6 and 20:17), where did [the Son is God] come from?

Jesus Is Not A Fake Or A Liar (Part 3)

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “The Scriptures are perfectly clear, and perfectly balanced.” I totally agree with the speaker on this point. If someone totally agreeing with the speaker were to also teach [unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved”], I’d say, there’s a [serious] problem here. If you’ve read my most recent posts, the mere thought of Jesus being fake, or a liar, is terrifying to me. Finding out [exactly] where this particular individual stands with Jesus, would be priority number one for me. I can accomplish this by asking them one simple question, concerning something Jesus said. Here’s my question: After reading what “Jesus said” in John 20:17, specifically “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God,” would you say Jesus’ God and Father and your God and Father are one and the same? I can safely say, because I have experienced it for myself a number of times, those believing “the Son is God” are reluctant to answer this question. It’s easy for me to say, believing Jesus is the Son of God that is saved according to the Scriptures, Jesus’ God and Father and my God and Father are one and the same. Jesus is not a fake, or a liar. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Jesus Is Not A Fake Or A Liar (Part 2)

After a few good night’s sleeps, this post is a continuation of the previous post titled [Jesus Is Not A Fake Or A Liar]. It never ceases to amaze me how someone can say that if we discard “the Son is God,” it makes Jesus out to be a fake, and a liar. Don’t let your mind wander to far here, because Jesus and the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” are [not] one and the same. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15 (NKJV) Just by believing Jesus is the Son of God, my salvation is secure in Christ Jesus. It was Jesus dying on a cross that guaranteed it for me, and that’s about as simple as it can be. The Anthanasian Creed will never be seen as sound doctrine, by those seeing it for what it truly is, because its method of salvation is unacceptable. Unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved” is not only at the heart of the Anthanasian Creed, the high priest of all false doctrines, it [clearly] adds onto what Jesus accomplished in the first century. These words “The Son is God,” are not recorded in the Bible. Don’t look for anyone having to believe “the Son is God” to be saved in the Bible either, because it’s not there. I’ve sent this question to many. If I gave you the names of those that I have sent it to over a period of four years, you’d recognize the majority of them. To date I’ve only received one [direct] answer to it “Yes, and no,” which really isn’t an answer at all. Here’s my question: Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved? When I say “rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether” I mean, treat the Anthanasian Creed as if it never existed at all. As one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others about Him, I would say the person is saved.

Jesus Is Not A Fake Or A Liar

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “If you do not believe in the deity of Christ Jesus, that Jesus is God, you are lost and you’re not going to heaven.” The speaker then went on to say this about Jesus, “If He’s not God then He’s a fake. A liar.” In 325-AD the doctrine of the trinity that says [unless one believes “the Son is God” one cannot be saved], created a [false] narrative. God’s plan of salvation points us to what Jesus accomplished in the first century, as laid out for us in the Bible. The doctrine of the trinity steers us away from it. At some point one would have to allow themselves the time to investigate the matter, especially if claiming to love Jesus’ teachings. I often hear that John’s gospel is the best place for one to start reading the Bible. For the new believer in Christ Jesus that is, in my opinion, I would say it’s a great place to start. I’m going to move ahead to John 20:17, at this time. As one who loves Jesus, I find it most helpful. Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) I know [exactly] where I stand with Jesus. Jesus’ God and Father and my God and Father being one and the same (John 20:17), keeps me from [ever] trusting man’s understanding of the Scriptures where “the Son is God” is found. I’ll not move from my position on this matter because Jesus’ teachings in the first century, as laid out for us in the Bible, are trustworthy as is. You won’t find Jesus saying something in one place in the Bible, this case in John 20:17, only to contradict Himself concerning the matter in another place. If all we had was John’s gospel today, no one could say they didn’t know enough about God’s plan of salvation, specifically, that which one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (NKJV) The issue here is that John 3:16 tells us that all we need to believe to be saved is that Jesus is God’s only begotten Son, and the speaker adamantly says you must believe Jesus is God or you will be “lost and not going to heaven.” I’m not calling anyone a “liar” here, but for me I’m putting my trust in John 3:16. Jesus is [not] a “fake” or a “liar.” He is simply, the Son of God.

Could This Be You?

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “We don’t want to say more than the Scripture said, but we don’t want to observe less than what the Scripture makes clear.” I totally agree with the speaker on this point. Leaving the Bible well enough alone as is, staying within the boundaries of God’s plan of salvation, is the safest thing to do. Then there’s the Anthanasian Creed, something offering [more] “than what the Scripture makes clear.” Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said to him, “Do you believe in the Son of God?” He answered and said; “Who is He, Lord, that I may believe in Him?” And Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you.” John 9:35-37 (NKJV) Jesus, is the Son of God. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15 (NKJV) I hope you see that those teaching “the Son is God” as true, adhere to a false doctrine. Some believe Jesus is the Son of God thus they’re saved according to the Scriptures, yet at the same time lifting up “the Son is God.” Could this be you?

He Always Got It Right

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “Jesus is the perfect shepherd, because He always got it right.” The same cannot be said for those teaching the “the Son is God” as factual. Jesus “always got it right.” The Biblical evidence of it being so is overwhelmingly convincing, as you soon will see. “And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6 (NKJV) John the apostle got it right when he wrote (speaking of Jesus) “And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father.” “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV) Peter the apostle got it right when he wrote “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” “The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.” 2 Corinthians 11:31 (NKJV) Paul the apostle got it right when he wrote “The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) I can say these verses written by John, Peter, and Paul are [absolute] truths, because I know [believe] Jesus got it right when He said that He was, “ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17. Thus making it Biblically impossible for the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” and the Biblical Jesus to ever be, one and the same. Man can say, write, conjure up if you will, anything they like about Jesus but giving the Bible the final say concerning the matter, will always be the safest thing to do. Fact, each and every time I hear something [according to the Scriptures] correct about Jesus, in this case “He always got it right,” it’ll open the door for me to [literally] make clear that the Anthanasian Creeds method of salvation is false. Save yourself the trouble of having to defend things that lift up the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God.” Stick with Biblical truths when it comes to Jesus. The Bible is [absolutely] trustworthy, as is.

As Recorded In The New Testament

“This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” Matthew 17:5 (NKJV) As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station I heard the speaker reading Matthew 17:5 aloud, and then saying, “Find out what Jesus said, as recorded in the New Testament, and listen to Him.” It doesn’t get any better than that, was my first thought after hearing it. My next thought was that followers of the Anthanasian Creed shouldn’t say [find out what Jesus said, as recorded in the New Testament], for they are known for lifting up “the Son is God.” The speaker’s “Find out what Jesus said, as recorded in the New Testament, and listen to Him,” is not heeded by the speaker them self. “Find out what Jesus said, as recorded in the New Testament, and listen to Him,” agrees with what has been clearly laid out for us in the Bible. The Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God,” is [deeply] embedded in the maze of man’s understanding of who Jesus is. There’s no need to look for the words “the Son is God” in the Bible, they’re [simply] not there. By agreeing that they’re not in the Bible but claiming the evidence of it being so is, leaves it wide open as to who you “listen to.” As one who loves Jesus, I have no desire to “listen to” follow the Anthanasian Creeds false method of salvation.

Debates Over What Is Or Isn't True

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “If we’re doing our job as we ought to, we’ll be bringing them to Jesus.” I joined the program in progress, so I don’t know who the speaker is referring to here. If it’s those [confessing] believing Jesus is the Son of God, saved according to the Scriptures, then I totally agree with the speaker on this point. Then we have the events that took place in 325-AD which left us with [the doctrine of the trinity], the Anthanasian Creed. I [obviously] wasn’t an eyewitness to these events back then, so I’ll not speak of them as though I was. I wish the entire conversation concerning it would cease, and desist. The Anthanasian Creed is available for all to read and coming up on 1700 years later, nothing has changed, it’s method of salvation is still false. “Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:5 (NKJV) Two people can have their differences but if they [truly] believe that Jesus is the Son of God, there’s no reason to question their salvation. Debates over what is or isn’t true, concerning the Biblical Jesus, is not a new thing. Believing in what Jesus accomplished in the first century, as laid out for us in the Bible, safeguards one’s salvation. The only way for anyone to overcome the ways of this world, things insubordinate to God’s plan of salvation, is for them to [truly] believe that Jesus is the Son of God. Knowing 1 John 5:5 is trustworthy as is, shows that the Anthanasian Creeds method of salvation is false. It’ll never be right to say [unless one believes “the Son is God” one cannot be saved] because “he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” is saved according to the Scriptures. “If we’re doing our job as we ought to,” true followers of Christ Jesus that is, “we’ll be bringing them to Jesus.”

Ask God A Question

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “God wants established Christians, solid, deep rooted, strong, who don’t get pushed around by false information.” Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) If you could ask God one question and you knew He would answer it, what would you ask? I would ask God, by saying Jesus’ God and Father and my God and Father are one and the same, would I be spreading false information?

Said And Meant

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station, I heard, “Everything Jesus said He meant, and He meant everything He said.” I totally agree with the speaker on this point. Jesus’ teachings are 100% trustworthy, as laid out for us in the Bible. There’s no reason to look to man’s understanding of the Scriptures, for what Jesus said/meant by them. Then there’s the Anthanasian Creeds [false] method of salvation and why those lifting it up should never say things like, “Everything Jesus said He meant, and He meant everything He said.” You can’t lift up [unless one believes the Son is God one cannot be saved] the Anthanasian Creeds way, without reducing that which Jesus said and meant in the first century, which is available for all to see in the Bible. Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) The only one that can rightfully say, “No” Jesus’ God and Father and their God and Father [are not] one and the same, are those rejecting Jesus altogether. In John 20:17 “Jesus said,” “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” I have a hard time believing that Jesus didn’t say/mean, His God and Father and my God and Father are one and the same in John 20:17. As one having no desire to reject anything Jesus said or did, as laid out for us in the Bible, I say John 20:17 stands well enough on its own [trustworthy as is].
