From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Choose Love

Maybe, especially today, we should let God judge and for now lay down our anger, frustration and criticism and choose to love our neighbor as ourselves. Can we choose grace when we don’t agree and let it go rather than be critical?  Can we choose forgiveness and realize we are all just human?  Regardless of your spiritual leaning, political affiliation, employment situation, or your financial situation, can we all just choose love today?

The No Frill Church, Just Jesus

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

There is good news to be had, as we cope with the coronavirus.  Sharing those things Jesus accomplished in the first century with others, just as they have been laid out for us in the [Bible], is to be on the right side of God’s plan of salvation.  The no frill church, just Jesus.

I hope this post, even if for a brief moment, had you thinking about what Jesus did for you.

God bless.

Not Pointing a Finger at Anyone

Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Hebrews 4:14 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard a follower of the Anthanasian Creed say, “There are a lot of passionate people who quote the bible but they’re wrong.”  The speaker on the radio didn’t say whether or not these people believed in Messiah Yeshua “Jesus.”

Followers of the Anthanasian Creed should realize when they call “people who quote the bible” “wrong” they are putting the emphasis on the speaker themselves, not what’s actually being said by them.  We can be wrong about a whole lot of things, but believers and nonbelievers alike can never be wrong when quoting [Scripture].  The question then becomes, why do “passionate people” “quote the bible”?  Is it for personal gain?  Are they saved according to the [Scriptures]?  The answer to either of these questions will bring light, to any conversation.

There’s a lot of finger pointing going on these days, especially concerning the handling of the coronavirus.  Speaking for myself, I know the safest place to be is believing in Jesus Christ.  I look forward to hearing from the White House task force, President Donald J. Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and health officials.  I see them as doing the best they can, with the hand that has been dealt to us and, all peoples of the world.

I look back to the days when I was terrified of telling others the Anthanasian Creed is false doctrine, knowing all the while I was on the right side of God’s plan of salvation.  I compare that to how the White House task force has to face the unknowns related to the coronavirus.  I at least was right with the [Scriptures].  The task force is facing the unknown.  I pray for them daily, along with a host of nameless faceless others working together with them, that God would guide them.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

I’m not pointing a finger at anyone, when it comes to the Anthanasian Creed making its way into the twenty first century however.  The Anthanasian Creed itself, is the problem.  It is worldly, not inspired and for those who choose to believe it, being used for personal gain.

Followers of the Anthanasian Creed might be saved, because “Whoever believes in” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” is saved, but they won’t be on the right side of God’s plan of salvation, with what they believe is required for salvation.

If a follower of the Anthanasian Creed was to say to me, I have this against you that you reject the Anthanasian Creed, I’d say, ask me how I feel about Jesus.  I can safely say, speaking from experience, they’ll leave knowing I love the [Biblical] Jesus and not the Anthanasian Creed.

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:1-3 (NKJV)

Your” in John 14:1-3, speaks of individual people.  Whether or not they are oblivious to the Anthanasian Creed or they can “quote” these verses of [Scripture] above, can they be saved according to the [Scriptures]?  “Yes!”

Whoever believes in” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” “should not perish but have everlasting life,” that is saved according to the [Scriptures].

Followers of the Anthanasian Creed need to step up, stop saying unless one believes the doctrine of the trinity they cannot be saved.

God bless.

How We Should Live Our Lives Today

“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.” Colossians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 (NKJV)

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station a follower of the Anthanasian Creed said, speaking of children in their youth, “At the moment of salvation a child is born to get into the word of God.”

I can only [pray] that this “born again” child of God is not told that unless he/she believes the doctrine of the trinity they’re not saved.  Unfortunately followers of the Anthanasian Creed have been doing this, since that creed became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD.

In this case the speaker on the radio was not saying such a thing in their message.  There was not a single mentioning of anything linked to the Anthanasian Creed in it whatsoever.  The comment just started me thinking.

The [Bible] is a story of redemption, and nothing will ever replace it.  If you think adding onto God’s plan of salvation, as the Anthanasian Creed does, isn’t an attempt to replace it, you’d be greatly mistaken.  The Anthanasian Creed is the high priest of all false doctrines, because its believe it [or else] false method of salvation wouldn’t exists if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” But know you boast in your arrogance.  All such boasting is evil. Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.  James 4:13-17 (NKJV)

The coronavirus has changed the way we live our daily lives.  Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on how one treats the [Bible], there’s clear guidelines to be followed in it.  I say unfortunately, because there are some that give us a “hint” that they believe in Jesus Christ, and who think they know what will happen tomorrow.  The [Bible] is clear, whether you’re a young child or an adult of many years, saved or not saved, we “do not know what will happen tomorrow.”

I can understand why nonbelievers say things like unless we fix the world it’s is going to end in our lifetime, they may be oblivious to [Biblical] truths now, but that could change “at the moment of salvation.”  What I don’t understand is why those believing in Jesus Christ, in any and all circumstances, would not [publically] say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.”

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10 (NKJV)

I hope I’m wrong but the evidence of it being so is overwhelmingly convincing, that “the love of money” is behind these acts of unkindness in the world today, with personal gain running a close second.  For the nonbeliever, at the moment of salvation, they will begin to see the error in their way and turn towards the Lord’s will.

To anyone looking at the believer it should be obvious for all to see, who they serve by their actions, especially in these times.  What Jesus accomplished in the first century, that is salvation for “whoever believes in Him,” is the answer as to how we should live our lives today.

God bless.

Before All Things?

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of He who instructs us to “Go and do likewise,” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Luke 10:30-37 (NKJV)

“Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, (Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.”  - First two sentences of the Anthanasian Creed.

Unfortunately the Anthanasian Creed has made its way into the twenty first century, but is it [Biblically] safe to tell others “except” one keeps it “whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly”?  I don’t think so.

If we have to trust the Anthanasian Creed to get saved, for fear we “perish everlastingly,” we’re all doomed to hell’s fire.

Turning one’s back to what Jesus accomplished in the first century, is the greatest mistake one could make.  Giving credence to the Anthanasian Creeds “perish everlastingly,” is to put the Anthanasian Creed “before all things.”

The sooner followers of the Anthanasian Creed turn their backs to it, the better.  We can say, write whatever we like, as we have free will, but to give credence to the Anthanasian Creeds “perish everlastingly” is ridiculous, and I’m being kind here.

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

The Anthanasian Creed and the doctrine of the trinity, go hand in hand.  They wouldn’t exists if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].  Think about that, the next time you hear someone say unless one believes the doctrine of the trinity they “cannot be saved.”

God bless.

Stay Clear of The Anthanasian Creed

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “You’re almost 90% right when you answer Jesus in Sunday school.”  My first thought after hearing this was, there’s never a wrong time to be right about Jesus.  Almost 90% right of anything, especially when it concerns the salvation of one’s soul, leaves slightly more than a 10% chance of you making a mistake.  The source of the information you’re relying on could be 100% wrong to begin with.  The speaker on the radio is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

The Anthanasian Creed is not a reliable source and if mixed with the all-knowing God of the [Bible’s] plan of salvation, would be “almost 90% right.”  Would that be acceptable to you?  Would you be able to distinguish between the “almost 90% right” and the slightly more than 10%?

As one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others about Him, I highly recommend staying clear of the Anthanasian Creed.  It sells a false method of salvation that says you must believe [or else] the doctrine of the trinity to be saved.  It only exist because of the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].  God’s plan of salvation comes with a 100% guarantee.  All one has to do is remove the Anthanasian Creed from the conversation altogether.

The [Bible] is more than sufficient enough as is, and everything one needs to know about God’s plan of salvation is [found] in it.

God bless.

Comfort One Another With These Words

“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of the Faithful and True Witness, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Revelation 3:14 (NKJV)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 (NKJV)

You won’t hear me questioning whether or not Jesus is coming again, He is.  These words” in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 comfort me daily.  My prayer is that you’ll be comforted by them, as well.

Whoever believes in” Jesus “shall always be with the Lord,” it can’t get any better than that!!

God bless.

Listen With an Ear For Biblical Truths

“And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6 (NKJV) Apostle John is speaking of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” in Revelation 1:6.

In the name of He who when being asked “Are You then the Son of God” answered “You rightly say that I am,” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Luke 22:70 (NKJV)

What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.  Philippians 1:18 (NKJV)

It was brought to my attention that maybe I’m giving Christian radio and television stations a bad name.  I can assure you, that’s not my intention.  I rejoice at the mere mentioning of Jesus’ name, “whether in pretense or in truth,” Philippians 1:18.  I know the Anthanasian Creed is the source of having to believe [or else] the doctrine of the trinity to be saved, false method of salvation.  When what’s being said about Jesus [actually] agrees with His teachings, which is to say according to the [Scriptures], only then do I give thanks to God.

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17 (NKJV)

When I listen to Christian programs on the radio, watch them on television, or have a conversation at the local coffee house, I hope for one thing.  I hope to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ being preached in truth, because nothing could be more beneficial to all peoples of the world, at all times.  As I read the [Bible], I’m [actually] “hearing” “the word of God.”

I don’t know about you but I’d say what Jesus accomplished in the first century is timeless, trustworthy and available for all to see in the [Bible].  Simply that if it doesn’t agree with Jesus’ teachings, as laid out for us in the [Bible], a falsehood it will be.

Today we have a plethora of material at our disposal that describe the events that took place during [Biblical] times, good bad or indifferent.  Christian radio and television based on what I’m hearing are for the most part, tools used to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in truth.  My favorite programs include personal testimonies of past experiences that proved to be the wrong thing to do.  They do this for the sole purpose of instructing others to stay clear of them.  They speak of Jesus and how He saved them from going further down the wrong path.

I’ll continue instructing people to stay clear of the Anthanasian Creed, by whatever means made available to me.  No one should [ever] hear unless they believe the doctrine of the trinity they cannot be saved, believers and nonbelievers in Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” alike.  Tune into Christian radio and television and listen with an ear for [Biblical] truths.

God bless.

No Room For Error

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who gave Himself a ransom for all, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. See 1 Timothy 2:6 (NKJV)

I was listening to the local “Christian” radio station when a follower of the Anthanasian Creed was discrediting salvation by works and the idea that, “We want to make a Christianity of our own.”  I agree with the speaker on one point, salvation by works diminishes everything Jesus accomplished in the first century (my words not the speakers).  There’s irony however when a follower of the Anthanasian Creed says, in a negative way, “We want to make a Christianity of our own,” as they already have.

The way of the Anthanasian Creed that is adding onto what Jesus accomplished in the first century, is maintained by them claiming “Christianity.”  When the follower of the Anthanasian Creed says “We want to make a Christianity of our own,” they’ll be found guilty of doing just that.

When we speak of what Jesus accomplished in the first century that is salvation according to the [Scriptures], make sure it’s taken straight from the [Bible].  Do not inject any of man’s understanding of the [Scriptures], because they’re subject to change at a moment’s notice.  Stick to the [Bible] just as it’s been laid out for us.

Obviously the Anthanasian Creeds [false method of salvation] is not the only problem we’re faced with these days, but nothing could be more important than to treat God’s plan of salvation with respect [no room for error].

God bless.

Comfort in This Time of Uncertainty

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.” John 12:48-50 (NKJV)

Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”  This is an amazing thing.  Jesus clarifies His Father” is the source of all Jesus says.  Realizing this, would you treat Jesus’ teachings as absolute truths?  I would as “My God,” Jesus’ God, cannot lie.

Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.  And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’  This is the first commandment.  And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’  There is no other commandment greater than these.”  So the scribe said to Him, “Well said, Teacher, You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is no other but He.” Mark 12:29-32 (NKJV)

What to say, or what to do, in this time of uncertainty, is found in Jesus’ teachings.  Mark 12:29-32, prioritizes them for us.  We’re to love God and our neighbor, and leaning not on our own understanding of the [Scriptures] as we go.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.”  You will find the comfort you seek these days in Jesus’ teachings.  I recommend you read them, fill your heart with them so that you in turn can live them.  Whoever believes in” Jesus “should not perish but have everlasting life.”  This is an amazing thing!!

Love your God and find ways to love/help your neighbor.  It will comfort you both.

God bless.

To be in The Book of Life

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. Romans 8:13 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who was given authority over all flesh, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. See John 17:2 (NKJV)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

“You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” Revelation 3:4-5 (NKJV)

As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station I was saddened to hear a follower of the Anthanasian Creed reference Revelation 3:4-5, saying, “Plenty of pastors don’t have their name in [the Book of Life].”

I’ll not stray from what is [unmistakably] clear in John 3:16 and Revelation 3:4-5.  Whoever believes in” Jesus “should not perish but have everlasting life,” meaning, they have their name in “the Book of Life.”

The Anthanasian Creed has [absolutely] nothing to do with “The Book of Life.”  Instead it is guilty of adding onto what Jesus accomplished in the first century.

Whether you’ve read the Anthanasian Creed for yourself or not, you could be guarding the wrong side of history.  The end result of any debate is that people must choose one way or the other to believe or reject an outcome.  In the case of the validity of the Anthanasian Creed, they must choose to believe or reject how it became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD.

How it became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD, doesn’t matter, because it has nothing to do with those whose names are in “the Book of Life,” let alone John 3:16.

With hindsight being 20/20, those connected to the most terrible actions known to mankind believed the wrong side of history.  Yet it is possible for even them to “have their name in [the Book of Life],” because of what Jesus accomplished in the first century.  To [believe in] accept what Jesus accomplished in the first century, saved according to the [Scriptures], and forgiven, is the [only] way to enter into the kingdom of God.

So when I heard “Plenty of pastors don’t have their name in [the Book of Life],” I thought this is the [most terrible] thing one could say about anyone, let alone pastors.  Like everyone else, they are not perfect, but far be it for us to judge them or anyone else’s salvation.  You’ll be on the wrong side of history, if you believe followers of the Anthanasian Creed know who is, or is not saved according to the [Scriptures], since their criteria is off to begin with.

Could the follower of the Anthanasian Creed be saved?  “Yes,” if they [believe in] accept what Jesus accomplished in the first century, they are saved according to the [Scriptures].  The same is true for you and me, for the good and the bad, the rich and the poor, the church goer or the non-churched, and yes, even the pastors.  God’s grace is big enough to save anyone who believes.

God bless.

Has Everything to do About Nothing

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the name of the Son of the living God, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. See John 6:69 (NKJV)

“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.”  - Anthanasian Creed.

This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

Many will say, even though the words “the Son is God” aren’t in the bible the evidence of it being so is, but the idea itself wouldn’t exist if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].  The trinity is a [concept] that wouldn’t have made its way into the twenty first century, if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].  This concept is a mystery at best.  To say one has to believe it to be saved, undermines what Jesus accomplished in the first century.  According to the Anthanasian Creed unless one believes “faithfully and firmly” what’s documented in it, they “cannot be saved.”

Don’t be fooled by “This is the catholic (Christian) faith,” because it adds onto what Jesus accomplished in the first century.  This is the catholic (Christian) faith,” was birthed well after the last entry of the New Testament.

The Anthanasian Creed, is not the friend of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.

And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”

Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Acts 16:25-31 (NKJV)

It is [really] that simple, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.”  It’s only after one has believed “on the Lord Jesus Christ,” that these false teachings of the Anthanasian Creed cross the threshold thus adding onto what Jesus accomplished in the first century.  I can safely say the Anthanasian Creed, has everything to do about nothing.

God bless.

To Live One's Life Without Jesus

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the name of He who when being asked “Are You then the Son of God” answered “You rightly say that I am,” Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Luke 22:70 (NKJV)

What was your first thought prior to reading the [Bible] for the very first time?  Where do I begin?  How much of what others say about Jesus, do I have to believe to be saved?  How about, there’s nothing in it for me?  Whatever that first thought may be, if any, how you treat the [Bible] now, is the only thing that matters.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV)

The [Bible] speaks of many things but it couldn’t make anything more clear than “Whoever believes in” “the way, the truth, and the life,” Jesus, is saved.

It doesn’t matter where one begins reading the [Bible], it’ll escort them to Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” the only way “to the Father.”  If they should come to the conclusion that there’s nothing in the [Bible] for them, I pray they give it a closer look, because nothing could be further from the truth.

God has a plan, and it has everything to do with fixing broken lives.  Nothing could be more broken than to live one’s life without Jesus.

It is dangerous to trust what others say you have to believe to be saved if it doesn’t 100% agree with the [Bible].  History shows us things change, especially within the walls of earthly institutions called “church.”  They’ll tell you these changes are for good, but the [Bible] never changes.  If we had to believe everything qualified within these walls, to be saved, we’d all be doomed to hell’s fire.

To be saved, we only have to believe that which has been [clearly] laid out for us in the [Bible].  Simply, “Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  This is “The way, the truth, and the life.”

God bless.

I Can't Trust Me

In the name of Him who makes us kings and priests to His God and Father, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Revelation 1:6 (NKJV)

How does one keep from using the [Bible] to undermine what Jesus accomplished in the first century?  They treat their own understanding of the [Scriptures] as hearsay at best.

God bless.

Moments You Most Look Forward To

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

As I listened to the local “Christian” radio station I heard a question that caused me to think about a lot of things.  The speaker asked, “When did you learn the most about God?”  This question is one for both believers and non-believers in Messiah Yeshua “Jesus.”  God’s plan of salvation does speak to both, and it can’t be improved.  For the purpose of this post, as one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others about Him, I’m going to answer this question for myself.  My prayer however is that non-believers will learn the truth about the God of the [Bible] for themselves.

Thinking about this question and looking back from my early days in the Catholic Church, to now where I speak out against the Anthanasian Creed, in my mind one period of time kept hovering over all the others.  The time when I decided to treat what I [now] call the tree of opinions (i.e. gossip) differently, that is when I learned the most about God.

I let people know that I am not interested in hearing about someone who is not present to speak for themselves.  From that moment on (by the grace of God), I look for a window of opportunity to talk about Jesus.  I couldn’t count the number of times I’ve thanked God for showing me how lives’ can be changed by refusing to [nourish] the tree of opinions.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! This is He of whom I said, ‘After me comes a Man who is preferred before me, for He was before me.’ I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water.” And John bore witness, saying, “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1:29-34 (NKJV)

For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure. John 3:34 (NKJV)

I paused while writing this post and, after a good night sleep, I was reminded of the time when I looked at the life of John the Dunker “Baptist” and how I learned so much about God.  Think about it.  John “did not know Him,” Jesus.  Yet he [John] was given every reason to believe “Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit,” “that this is the Son of God,” who “speaks the words of God.”

Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.” John 14:23-24 (NKJV)

I don’t know if John the Dunker was aware of what Jesus said in John 14:23-24, or not, but I was thankful to learn that his words, “the Son of God” “speaks the words of God” agrees with “My words,” what Jesus said in John 14:23-24.  And the word which you hear is not” Jesus’ “but the Father’s who sent” Jesus.

“God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom He also made the worlds.”  Hebrews 1:1-2 (NKJV)

God is God and “has in these last days spoken to us by His Son,” Jesus, “the Son of God.”

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

Those times when I learned a lot about God goes hand in hand with the times I was most thankful to God.  On the flip side, not seeing sin for what it is and leaning on my own understanding go hand and hand as well.

The consequences of our actions, will eventually come down to whether or not we [believe in] accept what Jesus accomplished in the first century.  If our faith and destiny is in Jesus that is saved according to the [Scriptures] then those moments when “you learn the most about God” are moments you most look forward to.

God bless.

A Place

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  See Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:1-3 (NKJV)

Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me,” Jesus.  You don’t have to be depended upon other people for your “place,” let alone yourself.

When I lean on my own understanding, I won’t see God’s plan of salvation for the truths found in Jesus’ teachings.  It is not that I don’t know where to find God’s plan of salvation, because it is available for all to see in the [Bible].  The question is am I going to [totally] depend upon the [Bible] to show me everything I need to know about Jesus.  I am.

We’ll never be sinless on this side of heaven but if we’re looking forward to being with Jesus, in “a place” He has prepared for us, we’ll continue seeking forgiveness for them.

God bless.

The Happiest I Have Ever Been

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

When I look back on my life, thinking about what it cost to get me to where I am today, the happiest I have ever been, I see a person that didn’t understand the significance of relationships.  I had plenty of friendships along the way but I just couldn’t get to where I understood, that there was something to gain from them.  I’m not blaming others for this lack of understanding but in my youth, I never heard the words “I love you.”  Whether towards me or towards someone else I never heard my parents, neighbors or my foster families say the words I love you.  My mother would tell me, on more than one occasion that I was special.  I wish I would have known then what I came to [understand] about my mother, who has gone to be with Jesus.  I could describe my mother for you, with just a few words.  The most peaceable person I have ever met.

In December, 2019, I was offered a 20 to 25-minute interview on a radio show.  These individuals were interested in hearing more about my second book, Yeshua’s God is God.  As much as I wanted to say “Yes” to them, I knew there was something I had to do first.  I’ve been [struggling] dealing with it for quite some time but at the same time I knew it was something I would [eventually] have to reveal my past wrong doing.

My testimony is one of my creating one mess after another while desperately trying to do God’s will.  I don’t understand why I do things I do, contrary to what’s right in God’s eye, but let’s face it, we’re all human.  This post is evidence of my wanting to do the right thing, the right way.  I do consider this particular wrong doing, which took place more than twenty years ago, to be the one thing I regret the most.

Just shy of twenty years ago, looking to catch up on lost time, I showed my brother some pictures of places I have been and things that I have done.  It wasn’t intentional on my part, having my car in one of the pictures, but I noticed my brother paying [very] close attention to the [not so easy to read] license plate number.  He actually read it aloud, correctly.  My brother was a police officer at the time.  Whether he “investigated” me and found the incident or not, I don’t know.  Nothing was ever said about what I knew he would find, if he did.  He has since gone on to be with Jesus so I will never know for sure.  This will be the first time anyone has heard about it from me.  I won’t tell why I did what I did, because the only way to describe it is [without doubt] stupidity on my part.

I’m going to begin at the end of the story, because the [only] two people I needed forgiveness from, forgave me separately way back then.

It was on a Sunday evening, at church, the pastor was aware of my situation, but I didn’t know how much of it he knew.  The pastor was present when one of the two forgave me.  The pastor had just invited those needing prayer to come forward.  I was one of the many that went forward that day.

Recognizing it to be the voice of the second person, his hand resting gently on my shoulder, I heard the answer to my prayer, “I forgive you.”  Placing my hand over his, I replied, “Thank you.”  He also had a few [encouraging] kind words to say, but I can’t recall them with 100% accuracy.

My wrong doing was that I forged this individual’s signature to two checks that I made out to myself, for what I believe to be a combined total of two hundred dollars.

Once what I did came to light, I voluntarily went to the police station where I confessed and received a second chance.  I payed back the money in full and received forgiveness from both parties (both firm believers in Jesus Christ).  I knew I would never do anything like that again.  There’s [absolutely] no reason to disrespect the property of others, which includes their [God given] time here on earth, whether they’re believers in Jesus Christ or not.

I want to thank God for sending His Son, Jesus, who on a cross demonstrated His love for me, that this sin of mine is forgiven.  Hardly a day goes by when I don’t hear “I love you” from her, who I also thank God for, my lovely wife Susan.  These are the reasons, for my being the happiest I have ever been.

God bless.
