From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

What to Believe?

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,” 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “If you don’t believe Jesus is God you are not born again.”

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

Saying “If you don’t believe Jesus is God you are not born again” to someone that’s confessing “Jesus is the Son of God,” is a problem.  1 John 4:15 and the speaker on the radio saying “If you don’t believe Jesus is God you are not born again” are completely contradictory.  Yet, which does God want us to believe?

If the speaker on the radio wasn’t a follower of the Anthanasian Creed, I wouldn’t have mentioned the significance of confessing “Jesus is the Son of God.”

I’m not speaking against the speaker on the radio, I know the battle is not against flesh and blood.  I do pray for followers of the Anthanasian Creed, that they realize defending false teachings and teaching [Biblical] truths have absolutely nothing in common.  1 John 4:15 is sufficient enough, as is.

God bless.

Convict Your Church

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” As He spoke these words, many believed in Him.  John 8:28-30 (NKJV)

“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:3 (NKJV)

When Jesus speaks of the Father “but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things,” He’s referring to the God of the [Bible], “You the only true God.”  I say “the God of the [Bible]” because some believe Jesus claims to be God in [Bible] when clearly Jesus knows who sent Him (John 17:3).

“This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” Matthew 17:5 (NKJV)

The only true God” is not only “well pleased” with Jesus knowing who sent Him, that same God is calling for us to believe these things Jesus said, “Hear Him!”

“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33 (NKJV)

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

After reading Matthew 10:32-33 and 1 John 4:15, would you say letting others know “Jesus is the Son of God” is the safest thing one could do?  I would.

“And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, ‘These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass:’” Revelation 2:18 (NKJV)

I know it’s safe to tell others Jesus is “the Son of God” because in Revelation 2:18, Jesus is calling Himself, “the Son of God.”  If God is pleased with these things Jesus said, found in the [Bible], who am I to question them.

I was listening to a thirty minute program the local “Christian” radio station that was nearing its end when I heard, “Use Your word to convict Your church.”  The statement was one of the many prayers offered up to God mind you.  The speaker on the radio is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.” John 7:16 (NKJV)

“He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.” John 14:24 (NKJV)

I’d make sure you’d be willing to accept these things Jesus said in John 7:16 and 14:24 as pleasing to God, before trying to make the Anthanasian Creed “the Son is God” and the [Biblical] Jesus out to be one and the same.  If you’re praying God “use Your word to convict Your church,” you’d have to agree with these things Jesus said.  These things Jesus said, don’t support the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God.”

Nothing has caused more people to stray from God’s word to false teachings, than the Anthanasian Creed.

If the follower of that creed would take just a brief moment, to consider what they’re saying when they say the Anthanasian Creed is [Biblically] sound, they’d see there’s no [Biblical] reason to believe it at all.  As a “tradition” maybe, but that’ll be as far as it goes.

The greatest error in interpreting the [Scripture] is the substitution of having to believe the doctrine of the “Trinity” to be saved, for God’s plan of salvation.

God bless.

To Him Who Overcomes

“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

The Anthanasian Creed surfaced and became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD.  Without the Anthanasian Creed the doctrine of the “Trinity” isn’t, and neither is “the Son is God.”

To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” Revelation 3:21 (NKJV)

Besides the two separate thrones, Jesus’ throne and Jesus’ Father’s throne, Revelation 3:21 tells us Jesus sat down with Jesus’ Father on Jesus’ Father’s throne, “I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.”

I don’t know about you but as significant as there being two separate thrones is, I’d say Jesus sitting down with Jesus’ Father, on Jesus' Father’s throne mind you, is a serious problem for the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God.”  I say this because Jesus is known for telling the truth, and I know the inspired word of God endures forever.

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.” Revelation 3:12 (NKJV)

Jesus is calling God “My God,” His God (Revelation 3:12).

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”  John 20:17 (NKJV)

When Jesus speaks of the Father He’s referring to “My Father” His Father, and God, “My God” His God (John 20:17).

How many times would it take Jesus calling God “My God” His God, before one sees it’s [Biblically] impossible for Jesus and the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” to be one and the same?

In order for “the Son is God” to sit down on Jesus’ throne, let alone Jesus’ Father’s throne, you’d have to say what Jesus said in the verses above isn’t true.

Jesus [is] the Son of God, not the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God.”  The [Biblical] evidence of the Son of God being so is available for all to see in the [Bible].  Even the follower of the Anthanasian Creed knows the words “the Son is God” aren’t in the [Bible]. Taking it one step further, there’s no [Biblical] evidence of anyone having to believe the Anthanasian Creed for anything, let alone for their only way to salvation.

What did the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” have to overcome in order for “the Son is God” to sit on Jesus’ Father’s throne?  With hindsight being 20/20 the words spoken by Jesus in John 20:17, Revelation 3:12 and 3:21, keeps it from being so.

Those “discussions” that took place in 325-AD concerning the “validity” of the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” proved “the Son is God” was actually birthed then.

For the past sixteen hundred plus years the Anthanasian Creed has been taught as being [Biblically] sound when [Biblical] truths prove it to be anything else but.  If I had to “guess” I’d say the number one reason for it making its way into the twenty first century, is not realizing the significance of it surfacing well after the last entry of the New Testament was recorded.  The greater the gap in time, the easier it becomes to accept false teachings as anything else but.

God bless.

Bible Believing Church?

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “If you attend a bible believing church you hear the gospel preached truly every Sunday.”  The gospel of Jesus Christ is preached truly when it’s taken straight from the [Bible] and with hind sight being 20/20, a [Bible] believing church today is an anomaly.

The speaker’s “If you attend a bible believing church you hear the gospel preached truly every Sunday” is no different than calling someone a “Christian,” it doesn’t make it so.

The speaker on the radio is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.  Nothing has caused more people to stray from [Biblical] truths to false teachings, than the Anthanasian Creed.

“And in this Trinity none is before or after other; none is greater or less than another; But the whole persons are coeternal together, and coequal:” The Anthanasian Creed

“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.” The Anthanasian Creed

The Anthanasian Creeds “none is greater or less than another is referring to the Anthanasian Creeds “So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God…”  The doctrine of the “Trinity” is a by-product of the Anthanasian Creed.

The person rejecting the Anthanasian Creed loses nothing.  The kingdom of God being the prize.  That same person rejecting the gospel of Jesus Christ loses, everything.

“You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.” John 14:28 (NKJV)

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

Jesus saying “for My Father is greater than I” in John 14:28, “I am ascending to My Father” and “to My God” in John 20:17, is a problem for the follower of the Anthanasian Creed.  The follower of the Anthanasian Creed is left with trying to solve the problem with the problem itself, the Anthanasian Creed.

There’s no reason to believe Jesus would say something in one place, only to contradict it in another.  When it comes to God’s plan of salvation, the gospel of Jesus Christ reveals it.

It is my obligation to tell you in order to get John 14:28 and 20:17 to agree with the doctrine of the “Trinity,” the follower of the Anthanasian Creed would have to say these things Jesus said are not true.

God bless.

Between You and the All-Knowing God

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 1:3, Ephesians 1:3, Apostle Saul (who is also called Paul), and Peter, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” in 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua, greetings.

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

I don’t know about you but I’d say someone in the first century was well aware of who “the God of our Lord Jesus Christ” is.  That someone is the Apostle Paul and Ephesians 1:17 is plain, simple, and easy to understand.

It’s very encouraging to those of us accepting it as an absolute truth, straight from the [Bible].

Paul knew “the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory” was Jesus’ God and, Father.  Paul was led by the Spirit of God to write what is known to us today as Ephesians 1:17, thus making it 100% trustworthy as is.  I wouldn’t attach Paul’s name to anyone’s interpretation of Ephesians 1:17, if I were you.

“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.”  2 Corinthians 1:3

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.” 2 Corinthians 11:31

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3

“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.” Colossians 1:3

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.” Revelation 3:12 (NKJV)

After reading Paul’s “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” five times, Jesus calling God “My God” His God four times, would you say Paul and Jesus’ God are one and the same.  I would.  Taking it one step further the last entry of the New Testament occurred near the end of the first century and, the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” can only be traced back to the names of those not mentioned in the [Bible].

The ink began to flow in 325-AD, thus giving birth to what’s known to us today as the Anthanasian Creed.

I’m not looking to force anyone into believing anything here but Paul’s writings are [Biblically] sound, in this case Ephesians 1:3, Ephesians 1:17, Romans 15:6, 2 Corinthians 1:3, 2 Corinthians 11:31 and Colossians 1:3.

The rest is between you and the all-knowing God of the [Bible], I’ve already surrendered to the [Bible] being sufficient enough as is.  I do pray that you see things God’s way, which is the safest thing anyone could do.

God bless.

Man's Way Isn't God's Way

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

With all the evil that’s taking place in the world, I am being asked why everything has to be about the Anthanasian Creed.  Here’s my reply, “When it comes to false security, look no further than the Anthanasian Creed.  I could spend all day writing about current events, as could you, but the majority of those committing evil acts today aren’t calling themselves [Bible] carrying believers.  The Anthanasian Creed has caused more people to turn from [Biblical] truths to false teachings since it surfaced in 325-AD.”

And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” Genesis 3:13 (NKJV)

And He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and prayed, saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Luke 22:41-42 (NKJV)

There’s a lesson to be learned from the events that took place in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:13) and in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:41-42).  Man’s way isn’t God’s way.  Trust God.

It is my obligation to tell you those teaching the Anthanasian Creed as a [Biblical] truth aren’t the ones on trial here, the [Bible] is.  Followers of that creed make the same mistake over and over again, tracing their “triumphant” moment back to the Arians who opposed the Anthanasian Creed in 325-AD.  If I had to “guess” I’d say the powers that be in 325-AD were, persuasive.

One thing I do know for sure, concerning the follower of the Anthanasian Creed today, they’ll have to go outside the [Bible] to defend it.  Man’s misinterpretations of [Scripture] are the only things they have to offer.

Knowing the inspired word of God endures forever, the Anthanasian Creed doesn’t stand a chance when faced with [Biblical] truths.

God bless.

To God and his father?

“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

What you’re about to read is an E-mail I sent to someone I heard on the local “Christian” radio station.  It’s just as I sent it, except the blank spaces.  That information was left out intentionally because it could lead to identifying who this individual is, and that’s not my intent.

After sending this off, I received an acknowledgement E-mail saying I would receive an answer to my question in one to two weeks.  That time has passed with no response, which is why I’m making the question available for all to read.  When it comes to the [Scriptures], I believe everyone should give them their undivided attention.  Being prepared to answer questions concerning them, should be priority number one for those called to preach them.

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Dear ____,

My name is Jim Masterson.  I am a regular listener to Christian Radio here in New Hampshire and frequently catch your show.  I was listening on ____, ____, at ____, and heard you say something that confused me.  I hope you can clarify it for me.  I heard you say “And has made us kings and priests to God and his father.”  You were “quoting” Revelation 1:6 from a [Bible].

“And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6 (NKJV) Here in Revelation 1:6 (NKJV) John is speaking of Jesus.

I’m very familiar with that verse, as given to us in the New King James Version of the Bible.  As you can see there’s a significant difference between “to His God and Father” in the NKJV and, “to God and his father.”

With a simple internet search I was able to look at a number of [different] versions of the bible, targeting Revelation 1:6, and “And has made us kings and priests to God and his father” wasn’t found in any of them.

I’m [very] interested in which translation you found, “And has made us kings and priests to God and his father.”

Looking forward to hearing from you.

God bless.

P.S.
As of 4/30/2018 @ 8:03 AM, I have yet to hear back from this individual.

The Anthanasian Creed is the Problem

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a load voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” Matthew 27:46 (NKJV)

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, referring to Matthew 27:46, “And then Jesus on the human side was forsaken by God.”

The speaker on the radio is not only a follower of the Anthanasian Creed, he’d be the first to tell you Jesus is God.

Who else would want the listening audience to believe “the human side” of Jesus “was forsaken by God,” as if Jesus had a human side and a God side that didn’t know the other exists.

There’s no reason to believe Jesus was first introduced to the world at the exact same time the Anthanasian Creed surfaced in 325-AD and became doctrine of the Catholic Church.

Proving “And then Jesus on the human side was forsaken by God” is a byproduct of the Anthanasian Creed won’t be a problem.

These words found in what’s known to us today as Matthew 27:46 were not only spoken by Jesus in the first century, they were record well before the Anthanasian Creed surfaced in 325-AD.

I’m not looking to force anyone into believing anything here but the last entry of the New Testament was recorded near the end of the first century, well before 325-AD.

The speaker quoted Matthew 27:46 correctly, but was left with having to make it conform [to] the Anthanasian Creed by adding a reference to a human side of Jesus.  Anything less would put the speaker in the position of having to explain how Jesus could be forsaken by God if He was God to his listeners.  Instead he now has them believing “Jesus on the human side was forsaken by God.”  The simple explanation would have been to say, the Anthanasian Creed is the problem.

I don’t know about you but in Matthew 27:46 I see the one that was forsaken by God, Jesus, calling that same God “My God” His God.  I can’t imagine how anyone could see it any other way.

God bless

Consider the Cost

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV)

As you can see Matthew 7:21-23 is plain, simple, and easy to understand.  Claiming to know Jesus doesn’t guarantee entrance into “the kingdom of heaven.”  For some of those claiming to know Jesus, they will hear, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”

When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Matthew 16:13-16 (NKJV)

Then the servant girl that kept the door said to Peter, “You are not also one of this Man’s disciples, are you?”  He said, I am not.” John 18:17 (NKJV)

Now Peter stood and warmed himself. Therefore they said to him, “You are not one of His disciples, are you?” He denied it and said, “I am not!”  One of the servants of the high priest, a relative of him whose ear Peter cut off, said, “Did I not see you in the garden with Him?” Peter then denied again; and immediately a rooster crowed. John 18:25-27 (NKJV)

We know the same Peter that answered Jesus’ question correctly, saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” denied being one of Jesus’ disciples three times (John 18:17, 25 and 27).  If Peter had continued to deny being with Jesus, the [Bible] wouldn’t look the same today.

For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.  2 Peter 2:20-21 (NKJV)

For one what’s known to us today as 2 Peter 2:20-21 would have been meant for Peter knowing Jesus is “the Christ, the Son of the living God,” and “the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.

The longer one continues to teach false doctrines as [Biblical] truths, the greater the chances they will hear “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”  The same can be said for those believing these false doctrines.

Take the Anthanasian Creed for example, nothing has caused more people to turn from [Biblical] truths.  If those believing it continue teaching it as [Biblically] sound “after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.”

“Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.”  The first two sentences of the Anthanasian Creed.

“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.”  The Anthanasian Creed.

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  The last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

During [Biblical] times, no one had to worry about distancing themselves from “except you believe faithfully and firmly the Son is God you cannot be saved.”  They didn’t fear that they’ll “perish everlastingly” if they didn’t agree with those teaching it as a [Biblical] truth. These things are byproducts of what surfaced, became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD, the Anthanasian Creed.

Everyone, if they would take the time to look for the words “the Son is God” in the [Bible], they would discover for themselves they aren’t [there].  Seeing man’s interpretation of [Scripture] as not enduring forever, will be a step in the right direction for them as well.

Have you ever heard, even though the words “the Son is God” aren’t found in the [Bible] the evidence of it being so does?  I have.

Knowing “the Son is God” was birthed in 325-AD, and that it is only man’s interpretation of [Scripture], I’m very comfortable with calling the Anthanasian Creed the high priest of all false doctrines.

Please, at all cost, avoid hearing “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”  The safest thing one could do to keep from hearing it, is to make sure everything they’re hearing about the [Bible], is [in] the [Bible].

If you’re having to look outside the [Bible] for [Biblical] truths, this should be a red flag. Knowing the inspired word of God has the final say, should keep one from looking elsewhere.  The inspired word of God not only endures forever, it’s sufficient enough as is.

God bless.
