From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Be Prepared And Ready To Go

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

People can do whatever they like with the Anthanasian Creed.  They can tweak it, believe it or reject it, but they better leave the [Bible] well enough alone.  If you are saying the Anthanasian Creed and thus the doctrine of “Trinity” is legit, I’d stay as far away from the [Bible] as one could possibly be if I were you.  The [Bible] is crystal clear concerning the matter, believing in Jesus is the only way to be saved.  If you believe in Jesus, then I’d stay as far away from the Anthanasian Creed as possible.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

Whoever believes in” Jesus, will be saved.  I highly recommend believing in Jesus, according to the [Scriptures] of course.  You can reject Jesus altogether, but you better not tweak John 3:16.

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

The Anthanasian Creeds believe it [or else] “you cannot be saved” false “method of salvation” went beyond [tweaking] mutilating John 3:16.  It makes John 3:16 subject to the Anthanasian Creed.  Proving the Anthanasian Creeds “method of salvation” is wrong, won’t be a problem.

The Anthanasian Creed and the local “church” have one thing in common, neither has anything to do with the salvation of one’s soul.  We don’t have to believe the Anthanasian Creed for anything, let alone to be saved.  Attending a local “church,” and saying you are a Christian, also doesn’t mean you’re saved.  The only thing that matters in God’s plan of salvation, is that we believe in Jesus, the [Biblical] Jesus.

Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry. And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.” But Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’”

Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.” And Jesus answered and said to him, “Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only will you serve.’”

Then he brought Him to Jerusalem, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here. For it is written: ‘He shall give His angels charge over You, To keep You,’ and ‘In their hands they shall bear You up, Lest You dash Your foot against a stone.’” And Jesus answered and said to Him, “It has been said, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”

Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time. Luke 4:1-13 (NKJV)

Jesus said it twice in Luke 4:1-13, “It is written.”  Jesus was quoting the Hebrew [Scriptures] “the Old Testament.”  I can say the same thing about quoting what Jesus said in the New Testament, “It is written.”  The [Bible], it’s a beautiful thing!

Let’s cut to the chase, Luke 4:1-13 is the perfect example.  The [Bible] is more than sufficient enough as is.  We don’t need to go forty days without food like Jesus did, before we’re able to let Satan know we’ve chosen to [truly] follow Jesus.  True followers of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” shouldn’t lean on their own understanding of the [Scriptures], or anyone else’s for that matter.  This holds true whether we’re in “the wilderness,” “on a high mountain,” or standing inside the “church.”

If you’re going to compete in a race, wouldn’t you want to be at the starting line, prepared, ready to go, in compliance with the rules, when the race was set to begin?  You’d be disqualified if you’re not.  It’s no different with wanting to [truly] follow Jesus.  Be prepared and ready to go, which is to say believe in Jesus according to God’s plan of salvation.  The true follower of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus” runs the race looking to the prize, the kingdom of God.  They stay within the boundaries set in the [Bible] as they go.

I can safely say the Anthanasian Creed entered the “race” in 325-AD, well after God’s plan of salvation was well established in the [Bible].  This in of itself proves that those believing the Anthanasian Creed, believe they have control of the eternal destiny of one’s soul.  It is my obligation to tell you the Anthanasian Creed is the high priest of all false doctrines.

Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved?  I would.  It is written, believing in Jesus is the only way to be saved.  Run the race.  The [Bible] is waiting at the starting line for you.

God bless.

The Anthanasian Creed is Not Divine

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,” Apostle Saul (who is also called Paul), 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV)

I know “Not everyone who says to” Jesus, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of” Jesus’ “Father in heaven.”  With that said, I treat the so called “bible scholar” differently than those that place their trust in them.  I treat bible scholars just like I would the person that openly rejects the [Bible] altogether.  How do you treat them?  Everyone deserves to be heard but when it comes to the eternal destination of one’s soul the boundaries have been set solely by the [Bible].

What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.  Philippians 1:18 (NKJV)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV)

Don’t get me wrong “whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.”  I love it when people mention Jesus’ name.  I know it’s an opportunity for me to spread the good news that Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through” Jesus.  When the so called “bible scholar” says the [Bible] supports the Anthanasian Creed however, that stirs a different emotion in me.  The opportunity for me to spread the good news is still there but I know I’m up against sixteen hundred plus years’ worth of false teachings (the Anthanasian Creed was birthed in 325-AD).  I’m confident God has energized me to bring His light to this false teaching.

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

How does one know the God and Father of Jesus’ brethren is the same as Jesus’ God and Father?  They trust Jesus.  Jesus said,” I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.”  Jesus’ brethren’s God and Father and Jesus’ God and Father are one and the same.  This is Jesus’ “Father in heaven.”

Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found Him, He said to him, “Do you believe in the Son of God?” He answered and said; “Who is He, Lord, that I may believe in Him?” And Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you.” John 9:35-37 (NKJV)

How does one know Jesus is “the Son of God”?  They trust Jesus.  Jesus said, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you.”

Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23:42-43 (NKJV)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

How does one know “whoever believes in” Jesus, will be with Jesus “in Paradise”?  They trust Jesus.  Jesus tells us “whoever believes in Him” “shall be with” Him, “in Paradise.”

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

How does one know that “who believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” “overcomes the world”?  They trust the [Bible].

The [Bible] doesn’t say one must believe Jesus and the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” are one and the same in order to be saved.  Unfortunately, people listen to those that have chosen to believe the Anthanasian Creed.  Yet according to those that have chosen to believe the Anthanasian Creed, the words “the Son is God” aren’t in the [Bible].  This in of itself proves “the Son is God,” is [totally] based on man’s understanding of the [Scriptures] and not God’s.  Simply the Anthanasian Creed is worldly, not divine.

As one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others about Him, I say “he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” “overcomes the world.”

We need to trust the [Bible]!!

God bless.

Have You Been Duped?

“That you may with one mind and with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:6 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of the Faithful and True Witness, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Revelation 3:14 (NKJV)

The last place to look for God’s plan of salvation, is where one has to believe the doctrine of the “Trinity,” the Anthanasian Creed.  If you are teaching unless one believes the doctrine of the “Trinity” one cannot be saved, you are teaching things about the [Bible] that just aren’t true.  If you believe the Anthanasian Creed is a sound doctrine, you’ve been duped.  The doctrine of the “Trinity” wouldn’t exist, if not for the Anthanasian Creed that didn’t appear until 325-AD.

The Anthanasian Creed has been handed down from one generation to the next, by those that have chosen to believe it, and nothing has caused more people to turn away from [Biblical] truths than its false teachings.

Speaking from experience, those defending the Anthanasian Creed and thus the doctrine of the “Trinity,” believe they’re doing the right thing.  If they only knew how wrong it is to say to someone, unless one believes the doctrine of the “Trinity” one cannot be saved.

Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, and rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved?

If you should find yourself unwilling to say the person is saved, it’s time for you to give the Anthanasian Creed a closer look my friend.  As one who loves Jesus, I’d say, knowing Jesus’ shed blood on a cross paved the way, the person is saved.  When we trust the [Bible] to be more than sufficient enough as is, the Anthanasian Creed amounts to nothing.

God bless.

A Single Biblical Truth

“And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” John is speaking of Jesus here in Revelation 1:6 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who makes us kings and priests to His God and Father, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Revelation 1:6 (NKJV)

I don’t need to know anything about the Anthanasian Creed, who believed it, or not.  All I need to know is that I need to believe in Jesus, the Son of God, to be saved.  The having to believe [or else] “the Son is God” to be saved “method of salvation” of the Anthanasian Creed is false.   The [Bible] is crystal clear concerning the matter, Jesus is the Son of God.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! This is He of whom I said, ‘After me comes a Man who is preferred before me, for He was before me.’ I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water.” And John bore witness, saying, “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1:29-34 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize, “John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said,” “Behold! The Lamb of God,” “this is the Son of God.”

Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals; for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and have made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:7-10 (NKJV)

Any attempt to [weave] interlock the Anthanasian Creed to John 1:29-34 and Revelation 5:7-10, will fail.  You can’t make the Anthanasian Creed right, without saying the [Bible] missed the mark when it came to who Jesus is.  You can however prove the Anthanasian Creed wrong, and with just a single [Biblical] truth.  The Lamb of God” Jesus, "this is the Son of God.”

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God,” “believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” will be saved. The Anthanasian Creed simply adds on to what the [Bible] has clearly laid out for us, and it’s wrong.

God bless.

Follow Jesus' Lead

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who was given all authority in heaven and on earth, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. Matthew 28:18 (NKJV)

Jesus spoke these words, lifting up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.” John 17:2 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize, Jesus’ “Father” gave Jesus “authority over all flesh.”

Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Luke 9:1-2 (NKJV)

Jesus did not give “His twelve disciples” “authority over all flesh.”  He gave them “power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.”

So they departed and went through the towns, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere. Luke 9:6 (NKJV)

The “twelve disciples” preached “the kingdom of God and” healed “the sick,” doing exactly what Jesus “sent” them to do.

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

Who sent people to “preach” the Anthanasian Creed?  The Anthanasian Creed wasn’t “preached” prior to 325-AD.  It has no “you cannot be saved,” “authority over all flesh.”  “The Son is God” wouldn’t exist, if not for the Anthanasian Creed.

As one who loves Jesus, and who’s not ashamed to tell others about Him, I say trust Jesus who “sent” the “twelve disciples” “to preach the kingdom of God,” “the gospel.”  The Anthanasian Creeds “method of salvation” is flat out wrong, but you have to trust Jesus to see it.

Follow Jesus’ lead.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

Whoever believes in” Jesus, will be saved.

God bless.

The Bible is Easy

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Debbie is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.  Catherine is not.  Catherine enters the local coffee shop and the only seat available is at the same table where Debbie is typing away on the computer.  Catherine approaches Debbie.

“Excuse me.  Is this seat taken?” asked Catherine.

Without lifting her head, Debbie replied politely, “Not at all.  Feel free to sit there if you like.”

“Thank you so much,” said Catherine.  “I’ll go get my coffee.”

Catherine returns with coffee in hand.  Not wanting to disturb Debbie Catherine sits and remains silent.  Minutes go by and not a word is said by either of them.

Leaning slightly back and with a great sigh of relief, “That’s a great place to stop,” says Debbie.

“This is a great cup of coffee,” said Catherine.  “You haven’t touched yours.”

After Debbie carefully takes a sip of coffee, “I get it extra hot just for that reason.  Once I get to typing I’m oblivious to what’s going on around me.  It’s so easy to lose track of time.  I’m working on a lesson plan.”

Catherine takes a sip of coffee and looking relaxed as ever, says, “I have plenty of time.  You can run it by me if you like.  I’m Catherine.”

“I’m Debbie and that’s very nice of you.  I’ll run my opening question by you.  I’m a Christian.  I’ve been invited to teach a class at one of the local Christian schools.  Are you a Christian?”

“I am,” replied Catherine.  “I’m on my way to visit my parents.  I should arrive by the grace of God and one more coffee stop.  I was curious about what you were doing but now I’m excited about playing a part in it.  This must be a divine appointment!”

“I have about twenty minutes to spare,” explained Debbie.  “It never ceases to amaze me how people can say they believe the Bible but allow for the cares of this world to dictate how they’re to live their lives.  It’s out of control.”

“It’s unbelievable.  Pure evil,” replied Catherine sadly.  “There’s a lot of people saying we’re created in the image of God, but they have no respect for others.  They’re rejecting the Bible.  I understand how easy it is to lose track of time.  I am a long talker.  What is your opening question?”

“Oh sorry.  That was my fault Catherine.  I realize I changed the subject.  But I’m curious about this rejecting the Bible.” asked Debbie.  “We are God’s children.”

“Only because we’ve chosen to believe in Jesus,” said Catherine.  “We can’t forget Adam and Eve’s fall in the Garden of Eden.  Have you invited Jesus into your heart, to be both Lord and Savior of your life?  It’s the only way to make things right.”

“I have,” replied Debbie.  “Our priority should be to treat others as created in the image of God and in need of a Savior if that be the case.”

“I agree 100%.  The Bible is easy, providing we submit to it,” said Catherine with a smile.  “How about we both take a sip of coffee and then I want to hear that opening question of yours.”

After Debbie and Catherine put their coffee’s down, Debbie says, “The question is directed towards the unsaved.  My opening question.  Are you prepared to explain the significance of the doctrine of the trinity to a potential convert to Christianity?”

“The Anthanasian Creed, and thus the doctrine of the trinity, had nothing to do with my becoming a follower of Jesus Christ,” explained Catherine with great confidence.  “I would keep to the Bible where believing in Jesus is all you need to be saved.  Man made the Anthanasian Creed and man can change it.”

Both Debbie and Catherine are saved, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the Anthanasian Creed.

God bless.

Let Me Take You on a Journey

“We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.” Colossians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of the Faithful and True Witness, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Revelation 3:14 (NKJV)

Let me take you on a journey through [Scripture] to show you Jesus is the Son of God.

“You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.” John 14:28 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize, Jesus is “going to the Father,” and He tells us His “Father is greater than” Jesus.

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

Jesus at this time has “not yet ascended to My Father,” His Father.  Jesus’ God and Father, and Jesus’ brethren’s God and Father, are one and the same, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.”

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” Acts 1:9-11 (NKJV)

Jesus “was taken up” ascended to His God and, Father.

Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “All things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.  1 Corinthians 15:24-28 (NKJV)

In “the end, when” Jesus “delivers the kingdom to” His “God the Father,” “the Son Himself” Jesus “will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that” Jesus’ “God may be all in all.”

It is my prayer that this is crystal clear to you.  Now let’s see what the Anthanasian Creed has to say.

“And in this Trinity none is before or after other; none is greater or less than another; But the whole persons are coeternal together, and coequal:” -Anthanasian Creed

This does not agree with John 14:28, “for My Father is greater than I.”  It also doesn’t agree with “the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all” in 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.  Jesus is, “the Son” of God.

The doctrine of “this Trinity” and “none is greater or less than another,” is from the Anthanasian Creed which believing in it will not lead you to salvation, and which wouldn’t exist if not for the Anthanasian Creed.

Which would you say is [Biblical] trustworthy?  Believing Jesus’ “Father is greater than” Jesus or “this Trinity” that “none is greater or less than another”?

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

As one who loves Jesus, and not ashamed to tell others about Him, I say the Anthanasian Creed is not an option.  Whoever believes in” Jesus, “this same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”  They will be saved.

God bless.

Believing Jesus is The Son of God

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

Whoever believes in” Jesus, “should not perish but have everlasting life.”  Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.”  This is the gospel; which if you [truly] believe, you will be saved.

“So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Ghost is God. And yet they are not three Gods, but one God.”  - Anthanasian Creed.

The Son is God,” this is the Anthanasian Creed which believing in it will not lead you to salvation.

Keep in mind the words “the Son is God” found in the Anthanasian Creed, are not found in the [Bible].  Also note, the Anthanasian Creed wouldn’t exist, if not for the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible].

Which would you say is [Biblical] trustworthy?  Believe and confess according to the [Scriptures], “Jesus is the Son of God” or the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God”?

As one who loves Jesus, and not ashamed to tell others about Him, I say rejecting the Anthanasian Creed is like [truly] believing “Jesus is the Son of God,” they’re both the safest thing one could do.

God bless.

Bring Them to The Bible

Grace, mercy, and truth will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “You bring them to Jesus.  How do I bring them to Jesus?  You bring them to church.”  The speaker on the radio is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

“Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, (Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.”  - First two sentences of the Anthanasian Creed.

This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

What is this “catholic (universal, Christian) faith”?  One would think it has something to do with the [Bible] but, it has everything to do with the Anthanasian Creed.  The follower of the Anthanasian Creed would say the [Bible] supports the Anthanasian Creed.  This individual would not only be flat out wrong, they’d be forced to say unless one “faithfully and firmly” believes the Anthanasian Creed one “cannot be saved.”

When the follower of the Anthanasian Creed says “You bring them to Jesus,” they’re not talking about the [Biblical] Jesus.  They want to bring you to “the Son is God” instead.  They’ll quote [Scriptures] (one after another) but the Anthanasian Creeds idea of who Jesus should be, is what they’re selling.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

There’s no reason to believe God’s plan of salvation supports the Anthanasian Creed.  What does the Anthanasian Creed have to offer the individual, after they’ve believed and confessed “that Jesus is the Son of God”?  It offers inclusion in the “universal, (Christian) faith” but that is not salvation.

Whoever believes in” Jesus, which is to say confess “that Jesus is the Son of God,” is saved.  This is God’s plan of salvation in a nutshell, and all you need.

The Anthanasian Creed is a tool, and it forces people to believe that the [Bible] and man’s understanding of the [Bible] are one and the same, when obviously nothing could be further from the truth.  How do I bring them to Jesus?  I bring them to the [Bible].

God bless.

Enter By The Narrow Gate

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.” 2 Corinthians 1:3 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV)

Enter by the narrow gate.”  How simple to understand.  In contrast, those on “the way that leads to destruction” carry a lot of baggage, unforgiven sin, material needed to keep false teachings up and running, and one’s own self sufficiency just to name a few.  In reality they need to trust Jesus.  Knowing the kingdom of God is the prize, those on the narrow path just need to continue following Jesus.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. 1 Corinthians 2:1-2 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize, Paul “determined not to know anything among” those within hearing distance of his voice “except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.”  From “determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified” in the latter half of the first century, to the birth of the Anthanasian Creed in 325-AD, a major switcheroo occurred with the flick of a pen.  The significance of “Jesus Christ and Him crucified,” which is to say the message of the cross, was replaced by the Anthanasian Creeds believe it [or else] false “method of salvation.”

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

The message of the cross can be summed up by this, Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life.”  Whoever believes in” Jesus will “Enter by the narrow gate.”

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?” Matthew 16:24-26 (NKJV)

Those who desire “to come after” Jesus “and take up” their “cross and follow” Jesus, shouldn’t lengthen the message of the cross, or cut it short.  It needs no adjustment or refinement.  What the [Bible] says is enough.

Those on “the way that leads to destruction” need to know there’s a better way.  Giving them false hope, isn’t helpful.  The Anthanasian Creeds “method of salvation,” is a false hope.  The Anthanasian Creed has absolutely nothing to do with “the way which leads to life.”

God bless.

From Where I Stand

Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Hebrews 4:14 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who was given all authority in heaven and on earth, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. Matthew 28:18 (NKJV)

What you’re about to read is an E-mail I sent to someone I heard on the radio.  It’s just as I sent it, except the blank spaces.  That information was left out intentionally because it could lead to identifying who this individual is, and that’s not my intent.

I’m hoping it shows you where I stand and what I encounter.

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Dear ______,

My name is Jim Masterson.  I live in the state of New Hampshire, and listen to your program on ______ regularly.

__________ I heard you defending the Anthanasian Creed, and thus the doctrine of the “Trinity.”  You mentioned a few different [denominations] churches and had them agreeing with, “Arians.”

I have one question.  I’ve sent this question to many.  If I gave you the names of those that I have sent it to over a period of three years, you’d recognize the majority of them.  To date I’ve only received one [direct] answer to it “Yes, and no,” which really isn’t an answer at all.

Here’s my question:

Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their live, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved?

As one who loves Jesus, and not ashamed to tell others about Him, I say the person is saved.

Thanks for taking my question.

I’m very much looking forward to your response.

God bless.

A short time later I received:
Dear Jim,

Thank you for contacting __________ with your question. We determined early on that we would not delve into deep theological questions/answers with our listeners through the radio program, but direct them to their local Bible-believing church. Face-to-face dialogue is always better and leads to fewer misunderstandings.

Although we cannot provide an answer to you on this question, ______ has a couple of excellent resources that may be of supplemental help to you. You can access these for free download at the following links:

(Intentionally left blank)

I hope this is helpful to you. May the Lord bless you as you continue to seek Him.

In His service,
______

My response:
In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

Dear ______,

Thanks for the rapid response.  I really do appreciate it.  I do find it curious that your organization has chosen not to delve into deep theological questions/answers with your listeners.  I do however respect your decision and do not expect any further response from you.

My battle is not against flesh and blood.  The Anthanasian Creed is the problem here.

Now it happened on one of those days, as He taught the people in the temple and preached the gospel, that the chief priests and the scribes, together with the elders, confronted Him and spoke to Him saying, “Tell us, by what authority are You doing these things? Or who is he who gave You this authority?”

But He answered and said to them, “I also will ask you one thing, and answer Me: The baptism of John—was it from heaven or from men?”  And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ He will say, ‘Why then did you not believe him?’ But if we say, ‘From men,’ all the people will stone us, for they are persuaded that John was a prophet.” So they answered that they did not know where it was from. And Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.” Luke 20:1-8 (NKJV)

No matter how “the chief priests and the scribes, together with the elders” answered Jesus’ question, was to admit to them being wrong.  My question is no different, for the follower of the Anthanasian Creed.

Luke 20:1-8 [originally] prompted me to realize that our “church leaders” are not always in alignment with the Scriptures and that it is ok to question them and discuss discrepancies as Jesus did.

Would you say the person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their live, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejects the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved?

From where I stand, to say the person is saved, proves the Anthanasian Creed wrong.  To say the person is not saved, contradicts what the Bible lays out as true.  I rely on the Bible.

The inspired word of God endures forever.  The Anthanasian Creed, does not.

Thanks again.

God bless.

Believe On The Lord Jesus Christ

Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Hebrews 4:14 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who was given all authority in heaven and on earth, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. Matthew 28:18 (NKJV)

Jesus spoke these words, lifting up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.  And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:2-3 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize, The only true God,” “You have sent” Jesus.

He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a commandwhat I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.” John 12:48-50 (NKJV)

The only true God gave” Jesus “a command, what” Jesus “should say and what” Jesus “should speak.”

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

When Jesus speaks of “the Father,” He’s referring to His God, “My God” and His Father, “My Father.”

If you’re telling people not to lean on their own understanding of the [Bible], then you shouldn’t give them reason to believe the doctrine of the “Trinity.”  The doctrine of the “Trinity” wouldn’t exist, if not for the Anthanasian Creed.  These words “the Son is God” aren’t in the [Bible].  The verses above, John 17:2-3, 12:48-50 and 20:17, show that “just as the Father has told Me, so I speak,”the only true God” told Jesus to speak these things.

Does anyone [really] accept that unless one believes the doctrine of the “Trinity” one cannot be saved?  I wouldn’t give it a second thought, if I were you.  There’s plenty of people mentioned in the [Bible], saved according to the [Scriptures], who have no knowledge whatsoever of the doctrine of the “Trinity.”

“For I say to you, among those born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.” Luke 7:28 (NKJV)

But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundation of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.

And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself. But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”

Then he called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Acts 16:25-31 (NKJV)

There is no question in our minds that “John the Baptist” and “the keeper of the prison” are saved.  The Anthanasian Creeds false “method of salvation” began in, 325-AD.  Well after these people were saved.  Replacement theology is all the Anthanasian Creed amounts to.

God bless.

In Christ

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:5 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

“I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars; and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary. Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.” Revelation 2:2-4 (NKJV)

Let me emphasize the parts of the verses that say, Jesus has this “against” those that “have labored for” Jesus’ “names sake,” they “left” their “first love.”

Nothing describes this better today than the one confessing Jesus is the Son of God, saved according to the [Scriptures], and seeks God’s will for their life, but continues to support the Anthanasian Creed.

The Anthanasian Creeds false method of salvation runs completely counter to the gospel of Jesus Christ.  The person confessing Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord and the Savior of their life, saved according to the [Scriptures], and rejecting the Anthanasian Creed altogether, is saved.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16 (NKJV)

The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is also called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.” John 4:25-26 (NKJV)

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.  2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)

Whoever believes in Himthe moment one chooses to believe in Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” they’re “in Christ.”  I who speak to you am He” Jesus is the Christ, “Messiah.”

If the follower of the Anthanasian Creed would take the time to see that it’s false, they’d see that there’s no reason to follow it.  What can the Anthanasian Creed do for the one who is “in Christ,” or the one rejecting Jesus for that matter?  Absolutely nothing!

God bless.

Which is Inspired?

“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.” Ephesians 1:17 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of the Faithful and True Witness, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Revelation 3:14 (NKJV)

The Anthanasian Creed is not inspired.  If anyone should know this it would be those who believe the [Bible] is.

Jesus is The Son of God

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the name of Him who was given authority over all flesh, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings. John 17:2 (NKJV)

“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33 (NKJV)

Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV)

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15

Let me emphasize, “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God before men,” “him” Jesus “will also confess before” His “God” and “Father who is in heaven.”

If you think the Anthanasian Creed is right, then don’t tell people “Jesus is the Son of God.”

God bless.

The Anthanasian Creed is Not The Way to Salvation

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the only name given among men by which we must be saved, Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.  Acts 4:12 (NKJV)

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  - Last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

The last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed presents a serious problem.  It says, unless one believes the Anthanasian Creed “faithfully and firmly,” meaning 100% of the time, one “cannot be saved.”  In defending the Anthanasian Creed, its followers happen to be wrong.

The Anthanasian Creed was birthed in 325-AD, and makes its claim as the only way to salvation.  According to the Anthanasian Creed, unless one believes “the Son is God” and thus the doctrine of the “Trinity” one “cannot be saved.”

Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” And as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him. Mark 1:14-18 (NKJV)

Mark 1:14-18 is plain, simple, and easy to understand.  Repent, and believe.”  Simply, one is [saved] when one repents and believes in Jesus.  They immediately left their nets and followed” Jesus.  This was the right thing to do then, and nothing has changed since.  Don’t substitute the Anthanasian Creed for the [Bible].  You’ll have to explain why having to repent and believe in Jesus, isn’t enough to save one’s soul if you do.

For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Most Holy place every year with blood of another—He then would had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.  And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgement, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.  Hebrews 9:24-28 (NKJV)

The Anthanasian Creed is not the way to salvation.  It is however, the wrong way to Jesus’ shed blood on the cross.

God bless.
