From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Choosing To Withdraw

Near the end of the first century, John the Apostle being led by the Holy Spirit wrote: Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) By choosing to withdraw from bits and pieces of the Bible, in this case John 20:17, one could say that Jesus “ascending to” His God, and Father, doesn’t pertain to us today. This could eventually lead to one having the Bible cancelled altogether, in their mind. Could it be that portions of the Bible they want to withdraw from, shows them to be wrong? Without the Bible, I know that I’d be on the wrong side of what’s best for me. I hope I wouldn’t have taken it as far as to wanting to cancel the Bible altogether. In Christ Jesus, Jim

The Doctrines Of Men?

Why does anyone pay attention to the doctrines of men? When searching the Bible for what to state publicly, pay close attention to what you’re reading. As you read the Bible, don’t be mindful of the doctrines of men. They are not worth paying attention to. God bless. In His Care… Jim

It Might Sound Trivial To Some

As one who loves God, and Jesus, greetings. I don’t know about you but I love it when I hear someone saying “I don’t know” to things that only God, and those whom God chooses to reveal them to, could know. A [great] number of times a week I say, to things I hear on the local “Christian” radio station, ‘the Bible doesn’t tell us that.’ To me, one time is too many. For example, I hear said what had to be going through someone’s mind at the time, or that someone in the Bible is or isn’t saved. It might sound trivial to some but we can’t make assumptions about what people felt or what happened next if it is not spelled out in the Bible. It is God’s way or bust. God’s way is available for all to read [exclusively], in the Bible. Are you prepared to say that God revealed something to you, if it’s not [in fact] written in the Bible? In Christ Jesus, Jim

At Odds With Trinitarians

Have you ever thought about, how denying the doctrine of the trinity puts one at odds with Trinitarians? Trinitarians, are followers of the Anthanasian Creed. The Anthanasian Creed and the doctrine of the trinity, go hand in hand. As one who denies the doctrine of the trinity, why should I be concerned about what Trinitarians think? Don’t let your mind wander to far here, because I’m not concerned one bit. Where one stands with Jesus however, as laid out for us in the Scriptures, now that’s a different story. Telling others truths about Jesus, while at the same time denying the doctrine of the trinity, won’t be a problem. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Whom/What One Chooses To Follow

Thru the years, folks have chosen to believe specific philosophers, advertisements, politicians, and last but certainly not least, preachers. I would say people are free to believe whomever, whatever, they like. With me, it all comes down to whom/what one chooses to follow. I certainly don’t agree with everything I see/hear these days, but I’m not going to be swayed by any of it. I’ve chosen, to follow Jesus. I’m free to do whatever I like but if I was to put something before Jesus, I now become a follower of whomever/whatever that may be. Putting something before Jesus, would leave me having to defend things that [actually] contradict Jesus’ teachings. This in and of itself, keeps me from ever becoming a follower of the Anthanasian Creed. In Christ Jesus, Jim
