From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Good Theology?

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “Good theology must go hand in hand with Jesus.” I agree with the speaker on this point. Here’s the problem, there are many who believe that “good theology” includes “the Son is God” something that goes hand in hand with the doctrine of the “Trinity,” the speaker on the radio included. Taking it one step further the biblical Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” being one and the same, is a lie. When you’re talking about Jesus, make sure you’re standing on the right side of biblical truths. Near the end of the first century, John the Apostle, being led by the Holy Spirit wrote: Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) After reading what Jesus said “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17, would you say this same Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” are one and the same? I wouldn’t. Good theology doesn’t exchange the truth for a lie. The evidence of Jesus “ascending to My Father” His Father, “and to My God” His God, is actually found in the Bible. Unless it’s God’s will for the Son of God “Jesus” to be deceitful, the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” has absolutely nothing to do with the biblical Jesus. Trying to make the biblical Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” one and the same, is bad theology. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Who's To Blame?

Who’s to blame when something said has been proven to be false information? Should the blame fall on just the one person, or does it extend to the one picking up the fable and running with it? Obviously, for those saying something is when it isn’t, or vice versa, there is plenty of blame to be had. I’ve been avoiding those “he said” “she said” conversations for quite some time now. I appreciate more and more with each passing day the significance of being loved by God, saved by grace. I won’t be swayed by things people say, think, or do, but I will be held accountable for my reactions towards them. Let’s all speak truths about Jesus with confidence, being eager to let God be responsible for what happens next. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Seriously

False teachers don’t take the Bible seriously, however, those looking to gain something from it should. Seriously, the Bible is designed to keep one from becoming a defender of false doctrine. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Never Forget

Seeing untruths for what they are is helpful, and wrong teachings lead to strife. The word of God, the Bible, is helpful, so never forget what Jesus has done for us. God bless. In His Care… Jim

One Great Thing About The Bible

While listening to the local “Christian” radio station I heard, “There’s one great thing about the Bible, it doesn’t change.” I agree with the speaker on this point but not so on things I heard, within the same thirty minute radio program. Who regards the biblical Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” as being one and the same? Actually, it doesn’t matter because that’s not what the word of God teaches. Near the end of the first century, John the Apostle being led by the Holy Spirit wrote: Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) After reading John 20:17, would you say Jesus’s God and Father and your God and Father are one and the same? I would say yes, Jesus’s God and Father and my God and Father are one and the same. Not only because I’m able to see it for myself in John 20:17, but because I love and trust Jesus wholeheartedly. If you believe the biblical Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” are one and the same, can you answer me just this one simple question? Is Jesus really saying that He’s going to ascend to “My God” His God in John 20:17? Of course He is. “The Son is God” is the error here and it is plain to see. God bless. In His Care… Jim

There Is A Purpose

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 (NKJV) There is a purpose, for both believers and nonbelievers in Christ Jesus. What’s behind that purpose determines whether it’s “for good” or not. Will it be a symbol of one’s love for God, “for good,” or something else? As one who loves Jesus I know God’s “purpose” for me is to follow Jesus according to the Scriptures. The biblical account of who Jesus is, is certain. The hope of there being a better place than this world, is lost without Him. It is uncharacteristic of a true follower of Christ Jesus to drift away from the biblical account of who Jesus is. The world needs to know Jesus, but whether one believes in Him or not, a biblical view of who Jesus is can only work for the good of civilization. God bless. In His Care… Jim

He Who Has The Son

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. 1 John 5:12—13 (NKJV) Continuing “to believe in the name of the Son of God” Jesus, knowing the kingdom of God is the ultimate prize, this is the will of God for you. What do I have that can’t be taken from me? The Son of God, Christ Jesus, in me. God bless. In His Care… Jim
