From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Things That Please Jesus's Father

“And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” John 8:29 (NKJV) Speaking of His Father in John 8:29, Jesus said, “I always do those things that please Him.” I don’t know about you but as one who loves Jesus, I find comfort in relying on this same Jesus. Who else can say, speaking of Jesus’s Father, “I always do those things that please Him”? I certainly can’t say such a thing. However, to know who we are in Christ Jesus, which is saved according to the Scriptures, puts us in right standing. This pleases Jesus’s Father. God bless. In His Care… Jim

But It Does

When you position the Bible correctly, it’ll be the only thing you’ll see. When teaching the Bible correctly, nothing else matters. When discussing Biblical matters, however, never deny the power of God. When you’re denying the power of God, you are blind to the truth. Falsehoods, and the moment one denies the power of God, go hand in hand. The Bible will always prove falsehoods to be false. According to the Anthanasian Creed, one’s salvation hinges on them believing “the Son is God.” Its followers could say they’re not teaching a salvation message in this manner, and they’d only be fooling themselves. Actually, they’re treating the Anthanasian Creed the same way they’ve been treating the Bible all along, and that is, it certainly can’t mean what it says. But it does. The Bible doesn’t support “the Son is God.” Period. God bless. In His Care… Jim

As Stated In The Bible

Don’t give attention to things lifting up “the Son is God.” This may be appalling to you, or something new. There’s plenty of material to be had these days, suggesting that “the Son is God” and Jesus are the same. What Jesus says in the Bible, shows that it’s not true. Biblically speaking, they can never be the same. Sheer compassion alone would have you considering the things Jesus said, or the things Jesus did, as stated in the Bible. Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God” in John 20:17 (NKJV). Unless you can prove that the words “I am ascending to My Father,” “and to My God,” are not something Jesus said in the Bible, they must be true. Don’t give attention to things lifting up “the Son is God.” It goes beyond suggesting that Jesus is a false teacher, it in fact makes Him out to be a liar. As stated in the Bible, Jesus is not a false teacher, nor a liar. Jesus is, the Son of God. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Most Importantly

The Bible is the means to the end, that being, finding oneself eternally with Jesus. It keeps us focused on things that matter, most importantly, the gospel of Jesus Christ.

In Christ Jesus

It is ridiculous that we have a conversation about Jesus and “the Son is God” being the same today. We all should have an understanding of what’s going on around us. What’s going on around us, however, shouldn’t change how we’re to treat Jesus’s accomplishments in the first century, as laid out for us in the Bible. If I was to say that my negating of the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” is justified, would you be okay with that? I am because anything being taught as true, when the Bible proves it to be false, is damaging. The Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” shouldn’t have made its way into this century, and I’m not cautious about telling others about it. I love who I am, in Christ Jesus.

The Downfall Of The Anthanasian Creed

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” Mark 13:32 (NKJV) The God of the Bible which is to say Jesus’s God and Father (John 20:17), knows “that day and hour.” Jesus “nor the Son,” does not. The God of the Bible, Jesus’s God and Father, knows that Jesus actually admits to not knowing all things in the Bible. So how is the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God,” justified? You can’t lift up “the Son is God,” without misrepresenting the Bible. Which is more likely to define the all-knowing God of the Bible? He is Jesus’s God and Father which is scripturally correct, or an imposter disguised as being the ultimate god? When I say “the ultimate god” I mean, something that supplants God’s plan of salvation as laid out for us in the Scriptures. If you believe/teach that Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” are the same, which is to say an imposter disguised as being the ultimate god, there are two things that you should know. The God of the Bible, Jesus’s God and Father, does know hear and see all things, and all that we know about the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God,” comes from needing it to be true. On both counts, it’s biblically impossible to prove otherwise. The downfall of the Anthanasian Creed actually comes from within that Creed, itself. Not a single thing having been said, or written about the Anthanasian Creed, since its birth in AD 325, is required. It’s only way to salvation requires that unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved.” It is not only proven within the Anthanasian Creed itself, biblically speaking, it supersedes God’s plan of salvation as laid out for us in the Scriptures. If you were honest you’d say, no one has to believe “the Son is God” in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. God bless. In His Care… Jim

It Is Inevitable

False doctrines aren’t meant to help us. They show that the Bible is trustworthy as is. It is inevitable that all false doctrines will be proven to not be true.

Jesus Gave Us The Truth

I heard that we as Christians need to celebrate, because Jesus gave us the truth. The “Son is God” is not true so those believing it should not be thrilled about it. We know the Bible is honest about Jesus so would you say Jesus’s God and Father and your God and Father are one and the same? I would because in John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Jesus gave us the truth, and the Bible gives no reason to believe otherwise. A Good Place

Nothing about God’s plan of salvation is superficial. You’re in a good place when you know, you can’t make it without Jesus.

Being Confident

How many times have you met someone for the very first time and they introduced themselves to you as, false teacher? I don’t claim to know all things, but I’m going out on a limb here and saying, none. We’re all free to believe whatever we like, but I’m absolutely sure of one thing. “Those who are in the flesh cannot please God” Romans 8:8 (NKJV). False teachings, are not pleasing to God. I’m confident when telling others that Jesus ascended to His God and Father, not because I say it’s so, but rather because Jesus in John 20:17 (NKJV) said “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” I’m just as confident when telling others to stay clear of the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God.” Once again not because I say to do so, but rather because Biblically speaking “the Son is God” is meaningless. Jesus ascending to His God and Father is not only factual, it places “the Son is God” in a category as a once upon a time fairy tale. Unless you can prove Jesus to be wrong, in this case Him “ascending” to His God and Father in John 20:17, I’ll remain confident when saying “the Son is God” and Jesus are not the same. God bless. Jesus Told The Truth

For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses to His majesty. For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” 2 Peter 1:16-17 (NKJV) Can we really trust the eyewitness’s account as recorded in the Bible? I would say “yes,” because in the Bible there are plenty of dependable eyewitness accounts of things Jesus said, and did. It’s no secret that it is likely that the last entry of the New Testament occurred near the end of the first century. Today, however, “we were eyewitnesses” doesn’t guarantee an accurate report of events that have actually taken place. Some, looking to gain an advantage by spreading “cunningly devised fables,” will twist facts for some sort of gain. When I read the Bible, it’s as if I am an eyewitness to the events that are documented in it. What you see is what you get so to speak. Not a word more, or a word less, especially when it concerns what one must believe in order to be saved according to the Scriptures. When it comes to Biblical truths, twisting them dramatically, or even twisting them ever so slightly, won’t go undetected. As one who’s not ashamed to tell others about Jesus, as laid out for us in the Scriptures, what you see is what you get works just fine for me. It’s beyond absurd, how the Bible is treated these days. I’m not talking about by nonbelievers here, but rather by those believing Jesus told the truth. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Solution To The Problem

When warning others of the repercussions of teaching falsehoods as true, Pastors, Priests, and teachers should take precautionary measures to avoid teaching falsehoods as true themselves. First, unless it is laid out for us in the Scriptures, don’t believe everything you hear. Second is like it, unless it’s in the Scriptures, don’t believe everything you read. Third, and the solution to the problem of teaching falsehoods as true, never put the Bible in the position of being insufficient evidence as is. God bless. In His Care… Jim

Biblically Speaking

My aim is to expose a falsehood, specifically, that Jesus and the Anthanasian Creed’s “the Son is God” are one and the same. I know that those teaching this particular falsehood as true, very well could be saved according to the Scriptures. My battle is not against them, but against the falsehood itself. The Anthanasian Creed’s way of salvation, states that unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved.” This is an outright lie. It’s a prime example of additional doctrine resulting from man. I believe/confess that Jesus is the Son of God. I trust the Bible wholeheartedly. What you’re about to read, is actually taken straight from the Bible. In John 20:17 (NKJV) Jesus said, “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.” Would you say John 20:17 refers to something that’s directly tied to the Bible? I’m not talking about hearing someone actually quoting John 20:17, but rather just the saying, John 20:17. I would say “yes,” because John 20:17 is available for all to read in the Bible. How about “I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God”? Would you say it’s directly tied to something Jesus said in the Bible? I would say “yes” again, because Jesus is the one speaking in John 20:17. Using just the Bible, it was easy for me to conclude, “the Son is God,” isn’t. Biblically speaking, Jesus ascended to His God and Father. God bless. In His Care… Jim

The Key To Everything

The gospel of Jesus Christ, as laid out for us in the Scriptures, is nothing to be ashamed of. Whether you’re a believer in Christ Jesus, or not, you need to know, truth doesn’t come by taking Scriptures out of context. The key to everything, is the word of God. Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’” John 20:17 (NKJV) After reading what “Jesus said” in John 20:17, do you believe Jesus knows that He’s ascending to His God and Father? I pray God that you do, because anything else is contrary to what “Jesus said” in John 20:17 (NKJV). God bless. In His Care… Jim
