From One Believer To Another

From One Believer to Another

If this is your first time visiting this blog, “Welcome!”

As you read, I pray you’ll not see me as being angry at anyone. Firm at times with some, I’ll agree with that. I know that no matter what a person has gone through, things they’ve said or done, or still doing for that matter, there’s a 50/50 chance of my having sought forgiveness for doing the exact same thing at one time or another. I know the battle is not against flesh and blood my friend.

Throughout this blog you will find me quoting things heard on the radio. You’ll not find the names of those who said these things in the posts. I do document their names, the date, time, and radio station call sign on my copy of the original document. I do not publish these details because our mission should be to expose the false teachings not to personally attack the person.

If you should continue reading my friend, you will find the Anthanasian Creed being exposed for what it is, a false doctrine. The word of God having the final say. My trusting in He who knows hears and sees all things, the God of the [Bible].

Jesus is the Son of God 100% of the Time

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)

In the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.

While listening to the local “Christian radio station I heard, “If you don’t believe Jesus is God, you cannot be a Christian.”  The speaker on the radio is a follower of the Anthanasian Creed.  The Anthanasian Creed surfaced and became doctrine of the Catholic Church in 325-AD, and without it the doctrine of the “Trinity” doesn’t exist.

The speaker would have been better off saying, “Unless one believes the doctrine of the [Trinity] they cannot be a [member] of a church that believes the Anthanasian Creed.”  This in of itself has absolutely nothing to do with the salvation of one’s soul.  “If you don’t believe Jesus is God, you cannot be a Christian,” is not true.

Not a single person mentioned in the [Bible], from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21, Gentile or Jew, had to believe the Anthanasian Creed for anything, let alone to be a “Christian” true follower of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus.”

If the follower of that creed says believing the doctrine of the “Trinity” is necessary to become a “member” of the local church but not to be saved, they’ll be admitting to the Anthanasian Creed being a false doctrine which is exactly what it is.  The Anthanasian Creed forces its followers to say the only way for a person to be saved is found in it.

“Whosoever will be saved, before all things, it is necessary that he hold the catholic (i. e. , universal, Christian) faith. Which faith except every one do keep whole and undefiled without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.”  The first two sentences of the Anthanasian Creed.

“This is the catholic (Christian) faith; which except you believe faithfully and firmly, you cannot be saved.”  The last sentence of the Anthanasian Creed.

According to the Anthanasian Creed a person “cannot be saved” unless they “faithfully and firmly” believe “the Son is God.”  Don’t forget, without the Anthanasian Creed “the Son is God” which is to say the doctrine of the “Trinity,” doesn’t exist.

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  1 John 4:15 (NKJV)

As you can see there’s a significant difference between the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” and “Jesus is the Son of God” in 1 John 4:15.

Unlike the Anthanasian Creeds “the Son is God” 1 John 4:15 is more than sufficient enough as is.  The Anthanasian Creed requires the writings of those not mentioned in the [Bible] to make “the Son is God” so.

If it’s [Biblically] sound to begin with, as it is with “Jesus is the Son of God,” leaving it well enough alone is the safest thing one could do.

People can say the Anthanasian Creed is [Biblically] sound but just like one calling another a “Christian,” it doesn’t make it so.

One thing is for sure, and this pertains to the inspired word of God, it’s more than sufficient enough as is.  I wouldn’t trust anything else, especially when it concerns the eternal destiny of one’s soul, unless you believe you’d be better off sticking with man’s understanding of the [Bible].

God bless.
In His Care… Jim
