In
the precious and beautiful name of Messiah Yeshua “Jesus,” greetings.
Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the
disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked letters from him to
the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way,
whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. Acts 9:1-2 (NKJV)
Then he fell to the ground, and
heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” And he
said, “Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard
for you to kick against the goads.” So he, trembling and astonished, said,
“Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go
into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” Acts 9:4-6 (NKJV)
Let me emphasize, prior to his encounter with Jesus “Saul,”
who is also called Paul, consented to Stephen’s death (Acts 8:1-3). Paul, after his encounter with Jesus, then
went on to write 12 books of the New Testament.
What Jesus accomplished in the first century is simply, amazing. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done, there is
a road that leads [directly] to the kingdom of God. I highly recommend getting on it,
immediately, if not sooner.
Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God,
God abides in him, and he in God. 1 John
4:15 (NKJV)
Have you had an encounter with the one “you are
persecuting,” the [Biblical] Jesus?
If you’re confessing “Jesus is the Son of God” as given to us in
the [Scriptures], you have. You’re on the
road that leads [directly] to the kingdom of God. It may not appear to be so at the moment for
you, because even true followers of Jesus fall on hard times, but accepting what
Jesus accomplished in the first century guarantees it. There is no middle ground, you’re either on
the path that leads [directly] to the kingdom of God, or you’re not.
Don’t be fooled by the Anthanasian Creed, because it leads
to nowhere. It only adds onto that which
Jesus accomplished in the first century.
Confess “that Jesus is the Son of God,” soon if you haven’t
already.
